I totally agree Crunch4 JHFH is an absolute legend and without him the doomsdayers would just continue posting absolute nonsense here on a daily basis.

I would say hemogenyx are now definitely moving in the right direction and I just can't wait for the next RNS to land stating they have injected the 3rd patient...

Amendment to Clinical Protocol for HG-CT-1 to Include Pediatric Patients with R/R AML

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE:HEMO) is pleased to announce that it has filed an amendment to the clinical protocol for its ongoing Phase I clinical trial of HG-CT-1 to include pediatric patients with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia ("R/R AML"). HG-CT-1 is the Company's CAR-T therapy, currently undergoing clinical trials in adults for the treatment of R/R AML.

This amendment, filed with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), seeks to expand eligibility for the trial beyond adult patients to include children and adolescents with R/R AML, an aggressive disease with limited treatment options and poor prognosis in the relapsed/refractory setting. The expansion reflects the Company's commitment to broadening the potential impact of HG-CT-1 and addressing a critical unmet medical need in pediatric oncology.

The amendment builds on the Company's progress to date in the adult cohort of the trial, in which the first two patients have already been treated.

Today's RNS is a positive indication to investors. There is no need for unnecessary discounts any more. Hemogenyx has come along way since the last few years, and has positive data from P1 and soon P2 which shows positive results why on earth would you offer any more discounts.

Well no reason now. Today's RNS shows plenty of funding available for the right candidate's that can show results and no need for any more discounts and dilution. Onwards and upwards from here.

And soon with more positive data money 💰 will be coming in from many different avenues.

Well we all know hemogenyx have come along way since last year and if it wasn't for the doomsdayers constantly bashing the bb every day with negativity after opening short potions, the shareprice would be a lot lot higher and funding would of been raised at a much much higher rate.

Well now the first patient has been "Successfully Treated" and it may be safe to assume the 2nd patient is also doing OK. And then onto the next 3rd & 4th patient and so on.

One thing is clear to me is that something is working and someone's going to interested in the value creation so it's basically clear as day this is all finally coming together. And all is positive.

Just wished this bb was not hijacked by the doomsday muppets to feed the shorts positions and the shareprice could be much higher.

Nevertheless it's onwards and upwards hopefully from here...

On the point of buying yes I'm a buyer and I'm happy to hold I don't expect anything to happen overnight. Duuhh

Just waiting for the next RNS on the 2nd patient being injected very soon. It's obviously obvious anyone spreading negativity on a "daily basis" needs to be ignored for a few weeks. I can understand a few days here and there but to come on here every day and first thing in the morning to spout negativity is getting really desperate.

If invested stay invested but give the trials the time it needs to provide the market with the results. Its not going to happen by you running you mouth or overnight. It's only going to happen when it's ready.
