Paddy - at these prices this looks as good to me as petrofac did under a £1. We know what happened there, a 40% easy rise.

New restored interim dividend should be announced in the interim results in August. So only two months to go for that.

Reuters reports big increases in dark pool trading which spells high volumes for Liquinet. Liquinet is mentioned to have processed 10B worth of European block trades in April.
Remains to be seen if tcap trading volumes have held.
The acquisition however looks promising.

If the "cum X" was a real worry someone would be shorting this stock. No one is. Shorts stand at 0%. Now there maybe some small shorts under reporting threshold but with no major shorts or any serious commentary on the issue, I can't see it being more than a non-issue. Tcap has sued Nex over the issue and this problem will likely be passed on to Nex. Imo.
