It doesn't really need to dip lower as the gap fill is around 200-201p. But as per normal - it may dip below intraday.

The 2 possible outcomes are

1. Sale for 1.5B valuation

2. More likely a listing of the unit

Either option would send the shares soaring.

Regarding the payments from Iraqi ministry - they are famous for not paying GKP - so to get $100m off them is good and I would be pleased rather than disappointed if that fell short. End of day - it all helps to move on and move away from the legacy contracts.
