What will be left22 Nov 2024 12:38
After disposals and aquicitions what is left and what is gone.
Revenue was 35M in 2023 and £5.9 of this sold to Saltus.
Also, assets under management after disposal around 4B am I correct? This is a little bit hard to work out?
Then the new acquicition which brings in £3B of assets under management - so the total would jump back up to £7B.
Or am I completely wrong? They also have added £4M of turnover - so the revenue would likely to remain at £35M or more? Or am I completely wrong? Also, they have cash for futher acquicitions and share buyback. Thankfully they are not obsessed with dividends. But rather this:
"The Board acknowledges the lack of liquidity in the Company's shares, where even small trades are seen to have a disproportionate impact on the share price. The Board would like to have the ability, when appropriate, to arrange for shareholders to be able to dispose of their holdings without having to suffer the undue pricing penalty that results from such a lack of liquidity. The Board may also decide to buy back shares, where appropriate, in circumstances where the Directors believe that the effect of such purchases will be to increase earnings per share and therefore be likely to promote the success of the Company for the benefit of shareholders as a whole. "
So - they are keen to take the share price up! Which does appear like a good news
