Encouraging earnings. Like I said a few days ago, the dividend will be there. I added a bit today. It will go to 130p tomorrow on the Tower news.

Excellent strategy to take fashion brands and other brand players into mks stores. Mks has a deal already with No Ones Child and ELC. Looks like there are many more in the pipeline. This could well draw higher quality customers into mks that haven't done so before.

I am really wondering what will be the short-term top.
Looks like it might be breaking resistance at 122/123p possibly. If so, would be nice to sell some at the short-term top and buy back later!!

Although I should clarify that obviously it's the long only equity funds that benefit not necessarily bond funds or credit fynds. Regardless the change in market sentiment means increase in fund inflows which is positive.

I'm amazed emg hasn't moved much considering they have over $40 billion USD in long only funds. I've taken the opportunity to buy a big chunk today. Seems like a great price with potential capital gains and a good dividend.
With indices reaching much higher levels I would think a fair few man funds have gone over the high water mark. This means much higher management fees when they next report.

I couldn't place a trade on Halifax nor on iwebsharedealing.
I could trade on IG index though no problems.
Again reinforced why I moved money into IG ladt year.

Crazy issues with trading today.
I got 3 share dealing accounts, was able to trade freely on one: IG index.
The rest Hailfax and Iwebsharedealing I was not able to trade. Not too worried about it but goes to show why it's important to be with the best, in this case IG. They have been the best for me all year, that includes getting better quotes and ease of having a limit order filled.

where is valueplay? lol

I would like say though that it's plain stupid to turn codemasters takeover into a negative. How desperate do you need to be looking for bad news?
