That was exactly my point Bankfool, i think people are damaging the company by mentioning a successful trial with no basis to do so other than speculation to PND it. I am fully invested here and while disappointed with the placing i have high hopes. I don't like blind ramps as it hurts the credibility in the long term.

They do not have 5% of byte dance for $1mm dollars. Bytedance made 3 billion profit in 2019 so no one was buying 5% of the company for $1mm. Shocking to mislead people to that extent. If the company still has the investment which we don’t know then my guess would be the value has gone up a good chunk from last year which bodes well for investors but the numbers quoted are ridiculous.

Based on the latest fundraise, timing was terrible and now there is a large amount of placing shares and warrants to get through before the company gets back to demonstrating investor value. Would they have raised cash at such a discount so quickly after the previous raise if they anticipated positive news in the near future? i personally don't think. All imo, very disappointed as a shareholder, we were just starting to build some positivity and awareness. GLA

They raised 1.2 Million in May/June so funding is in place.

UJO took 14 months between initial refusal and then appeal plus you have a few months after that so could be some time to wait. Very frustrating for holders here. GLA

Placing at 0.3 seems to have provided a solid base. Once placing shares are flipped hopefully we trend back up and then news about contract lands. GLA

So we got a TR1 to say his holding had dropped significantly. Who do you think is selling in 100k and 50k chunks if not him? the SP has halved in 2 weeks.

I think you will do well, the market has assigned very little value to PERE at present. profit from gold alone could be near the market cap in 2020. Plenty of news due in the coming months. The key imo will be when we release cost figures because when the market sees the company is profitable and mine life extended i would expect a fairer valuation. all imho. good luck with your investment.

Macro factors like Coronavirus are hard to predict BTS, i think this is great value at this price and will continue to buy more. The MCAP is tiny compared to potential revenues and if/when mine life is extended then medium term it's looking very very good. you had patience for 96 weeks of suspension, maybe a bit more is required to see value. I can only see this price going one way as the market gets wind of the story. People aren't pointing out that the income PERE will receive for gold in the new agreement isn't far off the current market cap. I agree with Bird, stonking buy which i expect to re rate this year. GLA.
