Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
An average buyout price is around $90 per Oz of Gold. Landore have approx 1.5mm x $90 = $135mm. That's for the gold only. Are we suggesting that LND will take less than half of the average takeover cost for only one of the metals? I would be very shocked and disappointed. I see the upside as much, much higher.
It's died a death hasn't it? just about to go into the summer lull. An update from the bod on the progress of their attempt to raise funds and agree a new direction of RTO is essential.
People are rightly frustrated with the way management have handled communication over the past year. Silence around MRE was very poor and since then we've had a very poorly written RNS but no interviews to explain anything. All we're left with is the knowledge that it's very undervalued based on the fundamentals, uncertainty around the plan and the hope that a corporate transaction is being discussed.
Filtered the guys who have no interest in running down the stock RipperG, Amtech etc. It's important to have a healthy debate but they add no insight or context and when one ploy to create negative sentiment fails e.g the award, they move onto the next. RNS this morning is interesting, MOS have their fingers on the pulse of key trends and a lot of news to come. Exciting opportunity imo and once the placing churn is done i see a nice re rate. £10mm is nothing of a MCAP vs. the potential.
So they've done a 1/20 dilution and the price is bargain basement?
The chart is looking better by the day. the 9 and 21EMA which were previously resistance are now support. Nice MACD tick up as well. We know the real value comes from an update on the direction of the company but I see it trending up nicely until that lands. GLA
I'd agree with H4E, a lot of negativity and personal attacks against someone who is positive on the stock .I invested in MOS a long time ago when it first relisted, made a nice profit and have monitored it since then. I see this as an exciting time to get back in and it seems like there is a lot of news to come. Others seem to want to distract from that by talking about awards and websites etc but eyes on the prize. GLA
