The Locals and the Council (twice) rejected applications for Oil Extraction at Brockham.
Its a "English Country Village" (bit like Dibley on TV), an area of Natural Beauty, where many of the locals are the "Great and the Good".
There is NO WAY they will allow Fracking in this area.
