GP, with so many words, lines, assumptions and allegations on this bb, I feel its best to let the share price show us the truth. Lets see if we are 100p tomorrow, or 20p. Lets see if company insiders have started to pile in here (for your sure thing green light on 31st Dec.), or not. They are not. Otherwise we would be above my last 44p selling point. IMO its unlikely that BgD will breakup hundreds of square miles of valuable small scale farmland/ jungle to build your coal mine. They are desperate for land, not more floodings and environmental disasters. Gcm is a china-british power plant company. This is why we are around 30p, and not 300p, when I sold 75k worth of Gcm shares, many years back. Brother, in a few years Bangladesh might receive monthly income from the West in order to forget about Co2 pollution. IMO they will rely on more and more cheap natural gas power plants.

Yeah, thats the question. We might as well as why did they issue si many new shares in the first place? The upcoming china-gcm power plant holds very decent value. This is why they plan to increase their treasury holding in 2019.

After failing for a decade with their visionary Pb open pit project, GCM are now focussing on a JV with large chinese companies. If this succeeds, Gcm will become a cash generating company with the quite decent "Phulbari power plant" project. The chinese have the plants, the global coal miners have the coal. Just that they will not mine coal in Phulbari IMO. (Extremely unlikely that Phulbari will be cracked for as long as Hasina rules. While her party is set to win the elections 100% sure, there is no correlation with the coincident or deliberate date set in the Gcm contract. No, they are not stupid.)

No, I think Kaz will remain within this newly gained uptrend channel. While they are slightly lower (in a red Ftse), the Sp is building a platform for the next upleg. Even if theres just two or three flat days this week, or minimally lower. Think about it, last weeks rise didnt come for no reason. IMO something is brewing...

Remember that PB is not just residencial area, but most of all farmland. Otherwise this issue would have been resolved 10 yrs ago. And where to relocate to? BGd is a nation of foodlands, with their most valuable asset being dry land where you dont see huge, life threatening flooding each summer. The sharply growing population will need always more land, right? I for one would not be happy if this was resolved by brown envelopes... Yes, call me an environmentalist if you like. I guess these things come with money. "But the locals are not going to go quietly, anyone any ideas what it would cost to bribe the natives to relocate?" Wheres the problem? Back in 1818 they would've simply called the US cavallarie and deported all natives. And suddenly those "noble" JP Morgan and Vanderbilt fortunes were built...

Anyhow, Profit_point seems to be a decent chap. We all have our hopes and dreams, and any sort of vision seems to help lift this share :))

Good man, while the Sp remains slightly above my entry point today, and while I will be happy to add during any further uptrend waves (if there are any), right now / with todays knowledge I am purely investing for some sort of year end rally as well as PB power plant go ahead. A very likely outcome.
At the same time I strongly doubt that president Hasina will give the go ahead for Phulbari mining; especially not open pit mining. But I gladly stand to be corrected!

(Since 2013 I've been travelling to Asia twice each year, especially to China, and know how these fellows think, act and tend to do business:))
