Many decent opinions! And quite interested for me to read that some would prefer to stay "in". Take a look at the masses of 20-30 y/o londoners who opt to stay in the EU.
But I definitrly agree that this "construction" must be reformed, and 1980s faces, like Jean-Claude Junker, should handover to a new generation. No need to call it "dictatorship", because the EU presidency changes all the time. Its up to every nation to shape the common future.
(I agree that the UK, being among the richest countries, has been severely abused by a number of south- and east european countries. Yup, you'd need to sort this bit, and maybe become more tough, like Hungary, and still remain in the EU.)
