Toephur, due to the fact that ARS has been held back for many months (and the Sp chopped after every rise), in my opinion its their financial allies who appreciate from the rise by placing AT sells. And if this is not enough to hold back the Sp, Asiamet excercises a few more options.
-----------
- 4.02% institutional ownership puts ARS on a list of companies that are not likely exposed to spikes in volatility resulting from institutional trading.
- 5.17% insider ownership has been linked to better alignment between management and shareholders. This level of ownership indicates closely aligned interests of shareholders and management.
- 80.42% in ARS is held by the general public. With this size of ownership, retail investors can collectively play a role in major company policies that affect shareholders returns, including executive remuneration and the appointment of directors.
- Private companies, with a stake of 10.38%, who are primarily invested because of strategic and capital gain interests. This kind of ownership, if predominantly strategic, can give these companies a significant power to affect ARSs business strategy.
