They are now raising the spread substantially. Lets see what this new trading pattern indicates. Lets hope the current line is maintained. Also I want to add that I still hold 120k+ shares and have no desire to see this down - or out. As soon as there is a 30% or more rebound in one day, the mentioned scenario about Allenby Capital and their insider club is cinfirmed. Few PIs can survive such neck breaking pressure down to the curent 6ish or a possible 5ish. Let the market level out Nigels N4P :))

And truly hope you will be okay in the long run with your 150 or 250k Pounds you seem to have invested here during the 25p, 16p and 10p days. As soon as 6.70 - 6.85 line is breached, this will pull you down to around 5p. Why bother? Maybe one or the other newbie avoided handing over his capital too soon. Let the Sp bottom out first. If company insiders knew of immediate value, they would have maintained a decent 15 or 10p level. I for one am not doing them this favour of pumping more money. All who say they have balls of steel (cattleman) should be aware of the 5p risk. Hats off if you can "ride" that!

cattlemen, I did not forget your answer, but I prefer to wait for confirmation before filling the picture. If the Sp sees any 30%+ up spike on one day in the next two months, then my theory is confirmed. Large amounts of private holders will have been squeezed out by then. Few can hold their 40, 70 or 150k worth from 20ish till 5ish. And many will have thrown the towel and have difficulties to buy back in. @Bidnolid, I doubt that any large private persons of us sold substantial shares on 9th July between 8 AM, when the Sp was 23p, until 8.05 AM, when the Sp was 10.60p. And later? I dont give a flying pigseye who sold those 5M shares later, for silly 10ish and 9ish prices. I didnt sell any.

Buddy, the SP level has not been revised since many many weeks. If from TA they needed revision, then I did just that. Since weeks its 6.85-6.70 that needs to hold, otherwise LTHs slaughered... None of the main stakeholders (60% of the company!), nor mid sized private holders have sold theie shares. As written on this bb's. This is why the drop from 23->11p has been artificial, as for a technician like me. Without anyone of selling on the market, they took it down by almost 60%. Thats mm manipulation. They then switched to Allenby Capital to help take it down drip drop (with anyone of the big guys here selling) another 50% to the final 5ish targets. Lets see. If 6.70 breajes, then this theory is confirmed. While Mazik and others still hold huge 500k share stakes. Good luck all!

...and 6.75p! Here come the decision line. Looks like the brutal 5th retracement wave started to squeeze out some more holders. Very few people with large holdings at 25-30p can survive such a (artificial made) crash. Stand and deliver your shares :)) Well then, this is another 50% crash since that initial retrace to 11ish. Sad story for now. If 6.70 breaks, it confirms my monthlong theory about the squeeze, as well as the capital raise at 5ish.

And then, haha, they dropped this share another 30-50% down to 7p, and possibly 5p. Sooner or later the company will need to raise fresh capital. Attracting new investors probably at 5.00p. Not everyone wants (or can) sit that out. The mentioned 6.85 - 6.70 is still maintained, so lets keep up that "Hold".

...nicely touched 10.40p today and the Sp is slowly entering bullish teritorry. New long term buy signal IF the massive 10.75 barrier is climbed. (Waiting since one year:))

Ha ha, thats a goodie! That "overnight" has been since the Stevens license ramping last year. The Sp is below where it was in Sept 2017 :)) -------- "Sometimes things just don’t happen overnight, however.." TA rising through 10.30 signals the next wave of buying.

IMO it was sneaked to main stakeholders a while ago at what price N4P intends to raise (the soon needed) capital. They are only funded till somwhere in 2019, and IMO they might quit the unfinished Sildenafil project in an uncertain market. I think Nigel and his financisl allies will focus on their main patents, asking for fresh capital at around 5p. (Also a bit odd, after N4O fooded the market with warrants this year, as from 35p and 30p!) Technically speaking: - This silly 7p must try to hold under all circumstances. - There still remains a good chance that Allenby will continue to maintain todays level, as set in their business agreement. - If last week mentioned 6.85 - 6.70 support is ever breached, then prepare for a final push down to 5.25p. Whoever joins these kinds of rides (on the reverde), is best off with a little punt/expendable sum. Mazik, this is why I asked you if you had money to gamble (or burn) at 20p and at 10p. No offense meant! And hats off for your braveness. (I for one will still need a plan how to buy back my former 600k once the pharma story continues.) What I didnt understand were your urgent two dozen 24k share buyings at around 22-25p back in April. Almost like you had first hand infos... which you didnt. MO its best to let the Sp find its true level, whether that is 10, 9, 7 or 5p. It is rare that stockbuyers must hurry to get in a share within hours or a few days time. There is always time to buy back in - even if you overpay. Few people on this planet have jumped out of a window after overpaying during a long term rise... But lots of people quit after buying much too soon, catching a falling knife. If we look back to May/June this year, it has been weird to see that some ramper appeared on this bb shouting Buy, Buy, Buy. I forgot his name, but scroll back on the PC when back from vacation. This ramper posted "Buy", claiming insider knowledge, and sided the rise from 22->27p, just weeks before the price crash. Odd !

Difficult to say what exactly is going on behind the scenes. IMO David Farrier stepped in and added his huge stake, to help create a market for people suddely selling this summer (smallcap funds selling). Nigels amateur RNS and mixed up Nuvec news, tells me that "they" wanted a price consolidation. 1) This would lock-in large old holders for a long time, who have nowhere to go at this level. 2) N4 pharma can announce the soon needed attractive capital raise to ii's at 5p. 3) AIMchaos friend Allenby Capital is collecting more snd more shares and helps to work the price down to 5p. Later they can release a positive research note with a realistic 15-18p target. Obviously noone of us is selling (and I only hold 120k+ shares). Those repeated 200k sells tells me that someone is building up presssure to push heads underwater / squeeze out more holders. Few people with their right mind can survive a crash from 25 -> 5p, with a substantial holding. Yes, the n4p business story will eventually continue, but without some of the former stakeholders. Business as usual on the AIM.

Sp nicely regained our former 466 support line! The recent price wobble 400-499ish points to bottom building here. Lets give them a decent "Hold" again as long as 443 holds firm.

Yupp, whoever was short during that 440's low, experienced a sudden and unexpected reversal minutes later... The nasty drawback to 440's signals that KAZ could test those level once more. (New western sanction for those two Kremlin thugs connected with "Skripal" wont help.)

The current 443-444 support line must be maintained at all cost (at the end of the day or Friday closing).

Deja vu 450ish... Still cant short while away from all screens and on stressy holiday:)) So lets not be greedy and hope for a nice low buyback soon. - Trading patterns suggesting a double bottom formation and possibility of steady sideways. - But, but... careful if this summers 440ish is breached, then new pressure ahead. IMO the strategy continues to drive out expendable smalltraders and allow key partners to collect for as cheap as possible. Company directors must have known that noone with their right mind would greet that silly sudden Russia RNS. (Right now slipping the "Hold" opinion. Let the market decide about the fair value.)
