RE: nice little pop27 Aug 2018 23:52
Me, I didnt cause any stampede, as I did not sell nor buy any shares that day. I sold the main chunk in March, and kept 120k+ eversince. When this touched 10p, I was very tempet to buy back all my former shares., but I didnt know if Nigel and his club of insiders could be trusted. Eversince the Sp dropped another 25-30% :))
Careful these days!
This is an inbred share, and the Sp is governed by company directors (huge stakeholders!) as well as leading private or ii's holders. Such as D. Farrier, Mr. McNaulty (AIMchaos), Allenby broker house, the Akhter Pakistan family clan, etc. It is them who have a very strong influence on the Sp, and they could decide to maintain a certain price level or do a rerate.
They did not maintain it, because the plan was to allow David Farrier (Ex-Pharma director) to increase his mid size holding to a huge 13% stake. And to allow AIMchaos former employer to come on board. But his is just my personal opinion.
"Rerate" is a good keyword, because that Monday -55% opening was basically a rerate without any real shares sold. Main stakeholders allowed the into freefall and only started supporting it at around 10p, where David Farrier bought most of his new shares.
That silly weeklong drop that followed (down to 7.20p), this was merely PIs who were panicking or forced to sell.
