He's buying up more random land & diluting the shares to do so. The last one was described as a "micro placing" of 25 million shares. That's 10% of the market cap. For what?

We have zero revenue, zero gold & zero production. Just lots of pretty pictures of random cores.

He seriously needs to FIND the gold, mine it, process it, sell it, and provide liquidity. Otherwise it'll be more fund raising, more random land purchases, more random cores & more jam tomorrow!

This constant 'kicking the can' down the road is, quite frankly, wearing thin with investors.

1. We've got 100% of Guyana, with a discovery of 4 Billion barrels of heavy oil.

2. We're currently in farm out discussions for our acreage in South Africa.

3. We're receiving "significant interest" from super-majors across our 4 blocks in Namibia.

4. We're drilling within the next 12-18 months, possible much sooner.

Not sure your analysis stacks up, lol!

Once a deal is completed on ANY of the above, we'll smell your shorts burning from miles away.

My take on things, for what it's worth:

Telfer is nothing without Havieron, and vice versa.

Newmont will give them Telfer for pennies on the dollar, and Greatland will take over all remediation costs at end of life.

Newmont will take an ongoing royalty from Havieron of maybe 4-5%.

Just my guess, as good as anyone's I suppose.

I've just done another cheeky wee top up this morning. I put half in here & the other half in the Franklin India ETF (you should always diversify, no matter how good you think the company is).

AET is cash generator for years to come. Plenty more deals to come.

Don't bother trying to reason with the loser, he's a shameless shorter with an agenda to push. Just be delighted in the knowledge that he's seriously hurting with his short position, which will be excrutiating as we move up.

On a brighter note, McDade said he expects to close the deal in "a few weeks", which I take to be April (early Q2). Then we'll get 18 months worth of production in one lump sum :)

We've just lifted over 40% of our mkt cap in one go & will get a bucket load more cash when Azule closes next month - that cash has been accruing since late 2022, it'll be HUGE!

I suppose if you take the $1500 & £643 AISC costs together and divide them , then a theoretical average AISC of $1070 is doable.

Alternatively (admittedly not knowing anything about Telfer), could we just utilise part of the plant? I mean, how many ore processing lines are at Telfer, one, two three, more? Could parts of the plant be mothballed? Is that impractical, or am I talking through my derriere?

One for those more knowledgeable than me.

May be slightly higher/lower now, but since the article was written Gold has been on a run.

I've seen quite a few posts recently talking about an AISC of $1500? My understanding, from memory, is our AISC was circa $654, and could possibly be lower going forward?

Gold may have industrial application now. It's a very efficient conductor & if it can resist high heat temperatures, it could be a game changer rather than sitting in bank vaults around the world. Who knows? :)
