So I'm not concerned that the didn't drop this morning. I'd now expect them by the end of this month at the latest.

I'd like to think that Paul McDade & Anastasia are sitting down at the breakfast table this morning in a hotel somewhere.....with the Azule team opposite them as they finalise the detail over croissants & coffee :)

Good post. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see WSBN do well, but Poulden's the worst person for this company. He was also formerly at Sirius Minerals (no, I wasn't invested), which says a LOT.

I would like to see all investors in WSBN do really well, but reality comes head-to-head with the fantasists here:

Very bad leadership, never ending promises, lack of focus/direction/strategy and only enough money till the end of the year, early Q1 2025 at best.

For those THINKING about investing here, by all means do so, it's your money to lose or multiply, but do it with the facts that are available - not on the ramping posts of some on here.

I'm sure some will be happy to see the back of me & that's fine with me, but others may take heed of my warnings and decide there's better places to spend it.

I have no hidden agends, I consider myself honest and straighforward. I say what I see.

Agree or disagree with me, no matter, as long as you understand what you're getting into here.

Thought I'd change the subject header to more accurately reflect the reality of Wishbone.

Go to Google Finance and look at the chart of WSBN going back to inception in 2012, with Poulden at the helm. He's destroyed 99.54% of the value of this company in 14 years.

I'll say that again: He's destroyed 99.54% of the value of this company....

So if You'd invested £100 back then, you'd now have the worldly sum of 46p after 14 years.

Yet some on here still defend the indefensible.

3.4p and I'm out!

That's how you dig a deeper hole. It's also called gambling/chasing your losses, not investing

This IS a lifestyle company. 3.4p and I'm out. Otherwise I'll write it off and leave it sitting on the books till it goes bust.

There's NOTHING here.

We're 2 months into the Kon15 & Kon19 onshore Angola discussions, as preferred bidder on the blocks. We're also 7 weeks into the 2nd quarter of the Azule sign off, which is expected to be completed WITHIN this quarter. We're also just a couple of days away from the Final Results Annual Report (Thursday this week, I believe).

So many catalysts in such a short space of time.

70p+ is looking conservative!!

Unless Poulden's posted some pictures of his holiday snaps, I don't see any news forthcoming.

Keep ramping 1daymaybe, if you can get it to 3.4p I'll buy you a beer :)

I think annual results are due next Thursday - 16th May. I'd like to think they're pushing to sign off the deal before then, so it can be announced with the annual results.

I know the difference between revenue and profit. I also know about cash flow. And we're gonna run out in about 9 months time......

After FOURTEEN YEARS of equity raising, dilution, consolidation, more equity raising, more dilution & pictures of "golden nuggets", my question still stands: W H E R E I S T H E G O L D.......?

Poulden is stringing shareholders along - big time!!

He hasn't mined or sold a single ounce of gold. Not one......!!

We have enough cash to last, probably to the end of the year, then what? Will he miraculously build a mine that costs nothing? Out of fresh air? What about equipment? Or Staff? How will he fund ANYTHING? Yet more dilution?

It's always "jam tomorrow" with Poulden. Coupled with a few pictures of random cores and a handful of gold nuggets he borrowed from some bloke down the pub. Seriously, where's the gold?!!!!!

All I want is this to spike to 3.4p and I'm outta here & I know how happy that'll make some of you. Poulden promised the earth and has delivered dirt!

"Capital Reorganisation

The Company's existing issued share capital of 2,845,879,000 Existing Ordinary Shares will be consolidated on the basis of 100 Existing Ordinary Shares into one Consolidated Share, and in turn, each Consolidated Share will be sub-divided into one New Ordinary Share of 0.1 pence and one Deferred Share of 9.9 pence.

The Capital Reorganisation will be undertaken on 20 January 2020 at 6.00pm and application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 am on 21 January 2020.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued voting share capital will comprise 28,458,790 New Ordinary Shares."

So he consolidated from BILLIONS of shares in 2020, down to tens of millions of shares, and now we have over 300million shares in issue!

Issue shares until there's billions of them, then consolidate them , then issue more shares, then rinse & repeat.........!

And Mr & Mrs P get their luxury holiday every year!

And we're paying! :(

I've just trawled through all the RNS's since 2012. Poulden has raised capital or issued shares in one form or another at least ELEVEN times!

I'm sure if I read every single RNS there will be other raises hidden in the depths of them, rather than the headline.

Did any of you know we had/have a gold operation in Honduras? No? Me neither!

I advise everyone to look through the headline title of all the RNS's - starting in 2012. It's all about "potential", "havieron", "gold shows" etc etc etc.

It's a clever use of words - no promises, nothing set in stone - just dreams and hopes.

He's seriously mugging every shareholder off :(

Wishbone Gold has been "in business" since 16 July 2012. That's almost FOURTEEN years. Where's the gold?

We're in the most prolific gold fields on the planet. Where's the gold?

We buy more and more land. Where's the gold?

We drill hole after hole after hole. Where's the gold?

This is a lifestyle company for the benefit of Poulden.

His last interview reeks of an elderly man doddering about at a leisurely pace without a care in the world, without urgency.

He couldn't find the gold if he was sat on top of Fort Knox!

I don't think they'll stop digging. They still need to pay for wages & equipment, regardless.
