Having just re-read the RNS from 12 Oct & 4th Dec, it appears the 4th Dec RNS was a feeble attempt to detract from the Assays. RP talks about last year's drilling at Red Setter, next year's planned drilling at Red Setter, a cyclone that happened 8 months ago and a fabled mineralisation strike, coupled with a few coloured slides that look pretty.

He says NOTHING about the overdue assay results, just regurgitates crap about previous drill results. This is peak drilling season, if they have a 3km "strike" why aren't they drilling it NOW? And where the hell are the Red Setter assay results!!?

He's stringing this out for as long as possible with "could be, "should be", "possible strike", "similar to Telfer", "similar to Havieron", "in the paterson". All Bull**** so he can keep miking the cow.

Seriously unimpressed now. Results arre 2 WEEKS OVERDUE!!!

I've sent them the following message through the WSBN website:

Hi,

You stated recently that the Red Setter assays were due in "4-6 weeks". We are now well past the 6 week point nowand all we have is complete silence from the Company. Can you please advise why no information is forthcoming?

If the results are delayed or the results are disappointing, then say so, and allow investors to make informed decisions regarding investment. Wishbone management set the deadline of 4-6 weeks and should act on the self imposed deadline given. This lack of information is not good & shows Wishbone Gold management in an extremely bad light.

The Schedule One doc has been amended from "mid December" to "early December".

Early December, to my mind is 1st to 10th December. ie, by Monday.

"Mid" December is 11th to 20th December and "Late" December is 21st to 31st December.

Therefore news by Monday, yes?

I'd prefer news tomorrow, that'll give everyone the weekend to think about it, followed by a significant re-rate from Monday onwards.

Despite an RNS stating a 3km long strike length, the sp has barely flickered.

Cottesloe will be no different, I suspect.

It seems long suffering shareholders have seen through the "jam tomorrow" tactics of this pair of charlatans.

Looks like RP & Gasbag have finally flogged this one to death.

Shame really, I needed 3.4p to get out.

Today is the 42nd day since RP said: "we expect assay results from Red Setter WITHIN 4-6 weeks".

By my reckoning that's the full 6 weeks up now.

Where are the results? He MUST have them in his office by now. He KNOWS the results. Why hasn't he released them yet?

This doesn't look good.......... :(

Red Setter assay results should be tomorrow. That's exactly 6 weeks. He must have them in his office by now. Foes not look good, if it were, he'd be quick to pump it up.

I took the plunge and just bought five hundred quids worth.

I figure we've got 2 bites at the cherry & RP holds sway over 20% of the company. I guess he has plenty skin in the game and will try to make a success of it. We shall see soon enough.

Obviously if I end up in the paupers prison I'll blame Watcher :)

Seriously though, you may be right. Ride it on the way up and then bail out (unless it's another Telfer of course!

If it was another Telfer, we'd be shooting to the moon, but a bad result would sink us to sub 1p.

I'll maybe just top up a few hundred quid rather than throw a large chunk in. At least that way my losses will be "palatable", and my gains would be satisfactory.

As we're getting 2 rolls of the dice I think it's possibly worth the punt.

Red Setter assay results should be due between 9th & 23rd of November. Today is the 17th & the share price hasn't budged. I'm not sure if that's an ominous sign or not. You'd expect a rise in anticipation of the results, yes? Or maybe security is so tight, nobody at WSBN knows yet?

I've just thrown some money into my ISA & nearly bought more to bring my average down, but I just can't bring myself to push the button. If there was a steady trickle of buys that would give me confidence, but there isn't.

The Hav update for September Quarter came out on 17th Oct. Logically that means an MRE update may not happen until mid January 2024.

However he said "December Quarter" so that could mean early or mid December. Highly unlikely to be any later as things slow down for Xmas.

In summary, who knows? Not me, that's for sure :)

Fair enough, they're not likely to drill until late next year anyway. Worth making a note of I think.

I know what you mean about Afentra, I've been steadily increasing my holding over the last few months.

What was the score with Rockrose? Was it a multi-bagger or something? 'Fraid I don't know the history.
