For all long term shareholders and the usual pessimists, this is the deal of the Century. Why, I hear you ponder?

We've just taken control of the last 70% of our mine at a stunning cost of $475m. To put that in perspective, it's an additional 5.88mAuEq oz's for just $80.78 per ounce! With an AISC of $818/oz, that gives a net value (at $2500/oz - $818 AISC) of $9.89billion for the 70%. At 100%, it's worth over $14billion.......

But the news gets better! We also own the Telfer plant, the Telfer mine, and other associated land holdings that Newmont are divesting in the Paterson. In reality, you could say they're in for free :)

But wait, there's more.....

Telfer has a huge stockpile of ore, sat there waiting to be processed, and it's ours now. They reckon it'll process +450,000oz within the next year, again it's all ours. Telfer will be up and running by October. That means we'll be cash generative within weeks..!

Again, there's more....

Havieron is open at depth and in multiple directions (as Bamps kinfly likes to remind us, cheers Bamps!). There could easily be massive further value to unlock at Hav.

And finally....

Add into the mix Ernest Giles, Scallywag and all our other tenements and you have a retirement fund/Villa in the sun/Ferrari/Gorgeous Mistress (or all of them!).

I loaded up big time at 5.3p this morning.

Attrick, don't be silly. We won't be issuing 5-6 billion of shares, read the RNS:

"the proposed consideration includes a mix of upfront cash, deferred payments and equity"

That tells me Wyloo cash, periodic 'royalty' payments when Hav is in production, and possibly either a small share raise or a holding in GGP. Most certainly not 5-6 billion shares being issued.....

As SD has repeatedly said, 'it must be shareholder accretive'. That means profitable for shareholders.

More rumours, again.....

I'd rather wait for official news than listen to the nonsense some theorists spout on here.

As for Hydro, I had a spat with him a few years ago on here. The sp was 38p at the time and he was on here constantly ramping it. I told him it was worth 20.64p per share back then, fully valued. I even showed him my calculations - for the entire board to see, but he wouldn't listen. Yet here we are several years later - 7p....

However, don't lose heart good people, I've done new calculations, based on an increased gold price, 100% ownership etc. And gold is only going one way now, up. Suffice to say this is a multibagger, in time...

And that's just for Hav. Anything else in our portfolio will just add to that.

I'm still buying.

As MILA are obliged to release 'price sensitive' updates, I conclude that Liontown haven't been drilling at Kathleen Valley this year, or if they have, then assay results aren't in yet. I suspect the former, rather than the latter.

Still, I suppose it provides a good window of opportunity to accumulate more of these puppies while the price is on its derriere...

We may drill sooner rather than later.

We're currently in discussions with multiple majors across our entire estate. These companies already have drill rigs in the area & may have 'windows of opportunity' to drill our blocks during any quiet periods, or as the drill rigs move around.

We could get a drill in later this year/early next year, if we're lucky.

The cash position is precisely zero. Always has been, always will be.

Poulden and his mates take any money that comes in, pay themselves handsomely, and dish out the rest in bonuses and 'consultancy fees' to himself & the Board.

We will receive $20m soon on completion of deal. And a free carry on drill costs.

Additionally, the plan was ALWAYS to farm out our acreage across our holdings. Drilling costs tens of millions per drill & all companies farm out to mitigate costs. All O&G companies do this to reduce risks and drill cost effectively.

Expect more deals over the coming months re Guyana & Namibia, together with additional cash injections. If we hit oil in ANY of our future drills, expect the share price to go to the moon, and further.

It ain't worth selling. Dealing costs will wipe out the few quid anyone has left in this stunning, once in a lifetime opportunity.

I'm down over 83%, someone else a while back said they were down 98%.

This is a ponzi/lifestyle scam for Poulden and his mates on the Board.

I'd love to be proved wrong, but I see nothing here but multiple piles of dirt and jam tomorrow. As always....
