The facts and figures speak for themselves this will explode on Atomic Deal signed off RNS.

Half thinking that HSBC must of heard rumours in the financial sector that this is a done deal. Or why would they not wait.

We know institutional investors invest once a company is de-risked and a minimum £50m MC

We aren’t a £50m MC yet and Atomic completion hasn’t been RNSed so not de-risked.

Why have HSBC Bank broken the rules of engagement, my rational is they know that this is a done deal.

Money will follow the big players, the other institutional investors will be positioning to get in - GLA

Got to love the Monkey Hangers Bob - Morrells & Sons Pork Pies nom, originally from Artlepool now in Aberdeen.

NPV Oct 2020 was $185m this was at $35 per barrel of light crude oil

$185m divided by $1.39 (exchange rate) = £133m

At time of calculation (5 mins ago) Light crude was $62/barrel

£133m divided by $35 = 3.8

3.8 x $62 (current light crude price)

= Current NPV of £235.6m

With a current MC of £33m would be slightly over 7 bags or 2.356p (this SP will be a lot higher as it will be multiplied by the market using a number of factors and ratios)

If we use a 50% factor initial target would be 1.15p. I personally expect this before the Atomic RNS lands due to anticipation and pressure of buying following HSBC Banks move to acquire 4.7%, who is next?
However with this being slow to move would go with Zak’s prediction to be 0.7-0.8p

Atomic Deal signed off flying into the 1.5-3p range

Increasing Atomic deal to 100% and increasing output by x3 into that 4-5p range minimum with a look to increase gradually from there!

This for me are initial low ball target prices. Without sentiment, positivity or buying pressure these figures are based solely on added value.

Cements the opinion of most that this is going somewhere very soon.

Normally, as previously posted shares rise in anticipation. This cannt be said for COPL. Looks like we are going to see an almighty re-rate.

It was also noted the institutional investors will look to jump in once we surpass £50m MC and or securing the Atomic deal.

Well HSBC have made the first move, interestingly before the £50m MC or the Atomic Deal has been signed off.
This is confidence right there, IMO getting their foot in the door before the breaks come off, would expect them to increase their holding once news drops.

If HSBC have made a move who will move next?

Expected such a position of a big institution to get more buying in here. Have many missed the RNS?

Anyway things are getting close and I’m looking forward to the Atomic RNS.

That NPV value just keeps rising with the price of crude, wait to see what happens when the world finally gets back to normality. Expecting a continuous rise as the lockdowns ease.

You every now a d then see this crazy re-rate on the leader board and wonder HTF that happened well folks look no further than what is happening currently.

With Atomic signed off this will multiply it has to to reflect the NPV

Most of if not 90% of companies rise in anticipation so fo t they just massively rerate on news.

Seems a lots are waiting till Atomic is delivered, maybe once bitten twice PIs will only move in on news.

Still like to see who this 5ish % holder is in the trading account.
Initial thoughts was it was someone associated with Atomic, selling into the rise and keeping us under the 0.35 mark.
The only reason for this would be to increase the number of share issues for the $4m as it’s on a weighted average.
However, doubts over that as they have issued a number of TR-1 up and down the way.

EPO granted will re-rate this to £100-150m MC easy.

Offtake partner for RHA further sampling taken months ago so news rich on multiple fronts.
