Probably need to explain my latest post simpler terms.

WTI now $66.09 should be double the NPV of $185m this week once we reach $70per barrel that’s $370m or £267m NPV that’s x8.1 current MC @ 33m

Totally undervalued- that’s 810%

We are now $3.91 away from increasing our original NPV $185m value of atomic by 100% as this was at $35per/barrel and we are only a kick away from $70per/barrel.

The way it’s increasing we should see this by the time we close the Atomic deal out on the 15th March if not before - GLA

Well Shaa butterflies fly gracefully think this is going to be like a Eagle soaring high !

So undervalued it’s unreal !!!

Shorters getting burnt will try and convince you it’s not on but it is, they are looking for damage limitation before they can't afford to close .

Looks like the seller in the background was a shorter or profit taker from lower levels.

Last trade delayed on Friday indicated that we should open up Monday @ 0.37p

Monday represents the first of the last 5 trading days before Atomic Deal is closed out on the 15th March.

As per my previous posts with calculations I expect this to tick up nicely.

My target for this week is still 0.6-1p this was always my target before news lands.

Not expecting anything on the audits I think it will be straight into the Atomic deal. I think the rocket on rocket for this will also be notification that we have acquired the additional percentage from the Chinese with part of the $20m additional finance.
Notification we hold 100% of Atomic.

Now if the Chinese are smart they will be buying back of the open market and as quickly as possible to re-establish their holding in Atomic through COPL.

Going to be a very interesting time going forward.

Increasing NPV with a very strong looking Oil price which is going from strength to strength.

Predictions for Monday - background seller to stop increased buying as PIs take up positions going to guess at a 10-25% rise

So just under my target by Friday of achieving 10% ever day with a 0.37p open

A little bit higher than expected by the time news drops but sentiment and positivity are a wonderful thing. 30% each day and hitting 1.37p would be awesome before news drops on Atomic

Shorters the same shorters selling daily, probably hoping for a delay or to worry PI into selling due to not rising in anticipation.

Company has delivered on e writhing to date to do with Atomic, the 15th was given as a completion date. Nothing from the company to suggest otherwise.

If they have information to support their claims they haven’t given it or posted it “PURE SPECULATIONS” to support their gamble of taking shorts out against this stock IMO

Today’s oil price rally one of the biggest individual daily jumps seen. And only set to continue to rise .

Atomic to land and catch a very much recovered and increasing oil price.

Atomic NPV price £254m with today’s rise adding a very health £14m to that total.

The dilution was part of the deal.

$4m on completion is a massive positive as its part of the financial deal.
I can imagine $4m up front would have upset a lot of shareholders as dilution at a lower SP would have been phenomenal so this was must and best outcome being after deal was settled.

Forget about it, without it no deal end of. Atomic since deal was made has increased 60-65% so what’s £2.8m shares in the grand scheme of things “peanuts” ????

The BB a wash with theories or is it balanced discussion or is it PIs working an opinion negative or positively on personal view or for financial gain?

So who do you believe?

A lot of posters will give you an exceptional amount of research with balance, based on research, FACT and information given within RNSs.

A collective group work together talking down the SP to instil doubt and tell you that the SP will only retrace and the company will not deliver.

Strangely the company has told the market via RNS that it expects to close the Atomic deal on or before 15th March. All dates given in regards to Atomic have been for me on time and acceptable. We haven’t been told otherwise so one should draw to a conclusion or allude to others anything different unless they have evidence to support their claims.

What’s is apparent is that who ever is selling could well have loaded up at a much lower level and are happy to offload into the daily rise making their gains.
However, draw you attention to the fact that we have drawn level more or less yesterday and today, the day previously 5.6% up they really aren’t impacting the SP to much. Is the daily volumes really that phenomenal that we should be seeing 20-30% gains?

The SP is reflecting 15% of Atomic already acquired £33m
Once the Atomic deal is closed the MC will in turn re-rate to the value of it NPV £230-240m +
Regardless if we move daily or re-rate we will at some point arrive at the same cross roads.

The other obvious observation is we are now within 6 trading days of the 15th March. Make of that what you will, the strength of sentiment and positivity will forcefully move this SP in those trading days or the Atomic completion RNS will!

Those that believe everything will be delivered are buying and holding long.

Those who don’t may well be foolishly going short a clearly dangerous game when the deadline for completion draws increasingly closer!

Looks like we a churning a background seller.

My opinion is that they are associated with Atomic owners selling through the intra investor account and where the ones that issues a TR-1 a number of weeks back (this will be confirmed if intra investor drop a new lower holding TR-1).

Don’t worry though as we will catch up then you guys will be playing keep up with LSE.

Just a constructive attempt IMO to hold the 5 day moving average down for when the Atomic deal is so completed in order to get more share for the $4m.

Could do with the audit completed good to go RNS to upset their intentions . (May well email Arthur and ask, what’s the worst he can say NO)

Pretty much the same play as yesterday, unless there is an overwhelming surge of buying expecting this to again finish even or ever slightly so blue. However, those trades squaring us up or pushing us blue to arrive after close.

Plenty of churning going on which is always an extremely positive thing as it shows the demand and want is there.

As for RNSs normally wouldn’t thank you for a Friday RNS (just my preference) as they fizzle out over the weekend. Monday’s far better as it allows momentum to be gained over the 5 trading days.

However, should that Friday RNS confirm that the audit is completed and everything is good to go we will see a shift in sentiment with PIs looking to get in with the expectation of the Atomic completion RNS dropping in any one of next weeks 5 trading days.

As said before it might not be exciting watching a slow and steady rise but it flushes the profit takers out along the way. Just means an almighty re-rate, doesn’t matter if you get from A-Z as long as you get there - hare and tortoise.p

A lot to happen here in a very short space of time.

Many will know that a lot of shares spike wildly on anticipation and sentiment.

I don’t believe we are seeing that here, there is a lot of selling but equally buying, today a perfect example of that. However, the SP is gradually climbing all be it a little bit slower than most anticipated or expected but climbing.
Strangely I prefer the tortoise approach we are flushing PIs out and bog background sellers and still moving forwards.
We are closing in on the 15th March. Now down to 7 full trading days.
I am expecting the momentum and volume to step up into the weekend and especially into next week as the trading days tick down.
Still tracking the exchange a d WTI prove slight fluctuations in both but still calculating a healthy NPV of £230m for Atomic.
Was expecting a cheeky RNS on completion of successful audit to influence a positive climb.
Got a sneakily feeling the Atomic deal isn’t going to be all we will see, I personally believe the additional $20m will be used in part to acquire the Chinese/partners percentage taking us up to 100% holding then those NPV figures will really come to light, especially with miscible flooding and increased out puts, confident in Arts manner in interview believing the miscible flood will exceed expectations of x3.

Covid 19 - world restrictions eased more want a d demand for oil
Cash generative
Nigerian Licensing icing on a very large cake
Next week hoping to be in that 0.6-1p range without news minimums.
Once this background seller finishes this is going to get interesting.
ii will be watching closely especially as we cross the £50m MC will the pounce early or wait for Atomic RNS?

The inter trader is associated with the sellers of Atomic IMO they sell into every rise to stop it breaking out.

Was expecting a TR-1 saying they where close to the 3-3.5% range.
With selling to continue next week on the remaining holding to try stem the breakout.
This is why I hoped that the company would have RNSed an update prior to saying we had purchased Atomic to really get the SP moving rather than everything dropping at once. Giving the intra investor an opportunity to hold the SP in a lower range to ensure they (Atomic owners) get more shares for the $4m

Sell price 0.358 this doesn’t change even if I drop down to a 1m dummy sell.

Everything higher than this market as a sell could well be a buy. GLA
