Did he give detail as to what the £13m was for ?

To be fair CawCaw I have searched for 20mins to find the XOP COPL. Share price.

One site has it 0.1 this a 100% up (as posted)

The other 0.05 down 50% so not false information or misleading they commented on a google search end of.

If you know at any given time it can be a fluctuation between the 2 I don’t think you can slate someone for not seeing the other side of the coin!

Are there any Canadian currently on the open market that can confirm the state of play following this RNS

“Interpretation”

I and others seem to interpret the RNS and what
Is to follow slightly different to yourself.

With interpretation it’s difficult to determine who is correct until everything is disclosed by the company.

Why you may not agree with myself and others interpretation, it doesn’t mean we are right and you are wrong. It simply means we have a different view and outlook based on information given, all be it brief. However, I’m sure we will all be shown Arts hand very shortly!

Maybe we can reconvene once additional information is made available.

This is another update on Atomic giving a completion date of the 15th March.

Most of the day we have been hearing how you m wanted an update, some even claiming it wasn’t going to happen. Well guess what your wrong it still on! Now 4 trading days out!!

We are fully funded for the purchase of Atomic through the finance deal.

So what is the additional £13m for?

Think we will see a large TR-1 this could be for 15-20% depending on the SP on the 11th March.

Regardless of what it is for it adds more value, Art isn’t playing games and seems to be like a dog with a bone.

Purchasing the additional shares from the partners means we own 100% of Atomic and 100% of all assets.

What does this do to the NPV?

Accumulate to speculate.

The 11th is going to be interesting as this will push us over the £50m MC with Atomic deal nailed on so which ii have taken up those share and who will move next?

I am mind blown shaking. What could the NPV could be upwards of £500-650m

However, I now draw you attention to the finance RNS. Art also has the addition of $20m if required so what is he going after next?

If this plays out even with the additional dilution we could be looking at 8-12p

We just need Art to lay his cards on the table, some big ii get in then pis, traders and the herd follow.

Read the 3rd line down:

For me COPL are acquiring the Chinese stake as well and will own 100% of Atomic.

Completion date still as per previous RNS - 15 March Monday.

This puts the NPV through the roof. It also updates the doubters is still going ahead!

COPL will acquire 100% of the shares of Atomic on closing of the acquisition on March 15, 2021. Ladies and gentlemen, Atomic deal will be signed off on the 15th March. This is the date given in the RNS. Will it be signed off before probably not.

Will we see a RNS Monday 15th probably not!

Logically we should see a RNS 16th or 17th March.

The RNS is reviewed by NOMAD this might have already been drafted and reviewed. Just a case of issuing to the market.
15th March might be COB so could push things out to Wednesday.

What I wouldn’t do is read to much into PIs saying it’s not happening etc etc

They know nothing more than anyone here.

If the company hasn’t issued a RNS stating otherwise is happening on the 15th March.

Anything else is pure speculation for financial gain !!!

We have acquired 15% that is a done deal. The remaining stake as per RNS will be completed on the 15th March. Less than 5 trading days.

Completely correct and what is also a positive is that our licence areas all have licence applications approved for drilling.

Given that there is currently no new licences for drilling being issued we are in an exceptional position.

Intra trader is a trading platform.

They have issued a few TR-1 for moving up and down, if it was them selling surly they would have issued another.
As for short selling take your pick IG, HL, 212, +500 etc

We are going to have profit takers at every level.

The seller could well be a shorter gambling on the SP falling or a PI that bought at lower levels.

There are three shareholders that have issued a TR-1 of they were behind the selling we would have seen an updated TR-1.
The Atomic owner is clearly NOT behind the selling, logically would he risk regulatory issues that could jeopardise his $4m, due to the nature of the deal he will be restricted in trading the stock.

Selling is likely PIs gambling on the stock dropping and shorting the stock through trading platforms.

As PIs buy and go long some are daft enough to go short.

The company said it will close out Atomic on the 15th March, nothing has been issued by the company to suggest otherwise.

PIs on here have admitted to trading this so it could well be them.

What I do take as a positive is that we aren’t dropping.

Atomic NPV is rising latest calculations see 810% increase in SP.

If we rise in anticipation or re-rate on Atomic RNS who cares if your holding.

You have bought in based on your conception and research trust that and trust the company’s latest RNS that states Atomic deal will be completed on the 15th March.

Those shorting this do at their own risk believing the Atomic deal will not go ahead. That is their risk!!!

The NPV $185m @ $35 per barrel of WTI
WTI is very, very close to $70 per barrel

This means $370m NPV or £267m

Into £33m MC is 810%

Oil rising sharply just adding to this.

The EPO has been over two years in getting processed and signed.
We all know what stage we where at.
Correspondence on this board shows that all EPO at that rage had been signed if they did not appear in last Fridays Gazette they would appear in this Fridays.

Given that even when an EPO is signed it need to be officially released in the Gazette before the company is notified, once this happens GR can then issue the RNS.

The process is law and how the Zimbabwe Government issue every EPO.

Behind the scenes GR has had a lot of time to look for offtake partners etc

Got a feeling this is our time like a few been her over 8 years and counting. This isn’t something that has happened overnight it has been painful to watch but unfortunately part of the process.

That process puts us to the top of the pile and when confirmed the EPO will make Zulu Lithium one of the biggest if not the biggest Lithium produces in the world. Prices are rising as there is a drive to go electric.

Costs at Zulu are low due to being covered by the Tantalum, there is also the green belt that runs through the centre of the EPO licence said to be high in Gold mineralisation, so things are going to get exciting whether a few believe it or not - GLA

The $4m or £2.7m was built into the finance deal.

What should be taken from the deal is that it allowed Atomic to go ahead.

Furthermore, the NPV was $185m in October with WTI at $35per barrel.
Given we are now at $66.09 that puts the NPV at $349 or £252m (today’s exchange) with current MC £33m. So I ask you what those shares are in comparison to a NPV that has almost increased 100% if it raises another $3.91 per barrel.

My next point would be that the finance desk seen the shares issued at the back end of the deal rather than front end.
Had it been the front end we could have been looking at 2-3 billion. That isn’t the case, this should rise in anticipation a d positivity of deal completing in a weeks time. The increased SP could then see those shares issued at 800m or less peanuts in the big scale of things wouldn’t you agree?

Problem is some cannt see the wood for the trees !

Old faces / ex holders disgruntled as they sold at a loss and are acting like scorned women. Hate the fact that things are coming together, hate, hate, hate it when it’s blue and positive here. Sad really, just shows their true colours. Got to laugh !!

Sentiment and positivity could take this a lot higher plus through the ii into the mix as we pass £50m MC and Atomic Is a done deal - pie in the sky figures

Evan I have the NPV at £267m

£267 / £33m MC = £8.09 x current SP of 0.34 = 2.75p

If the also have the Chinese holding and we own 100% we should be looking at an initial target of 3.5-4.5p conservatively is not closed to 5p with us building from there on increased output and Nigerian Licensing.
