That's a good RNS today. Now get back to work NL, release those RNSes that explains the operational progress that some the investee companies have done. PRS has got some interesting accumulation of investee companies that will have big breakthrough and a potential explosive re-rate of those companies. This would impact PRS share prices massively. Looking to add on the dip.

ARCM - one of the most undervalued junior miner in aim, and a sleeping giant. Macro factors improving, micro factors improving. Proven management team. Billion dollar revenue generating gold and cobalt mining projects that are not just on exploration stage but on PFS stage and JORC re-modelling stages.

You are not missing anything here, junior gold miner like GGP rose 15 times in last 12months without much drilling and a failed tie-up with a gold mining major. And here in OTC/Arc Minerals, they are sitting with two gold mining projects with PFS net present value of $250+m and potential life of mine revenue of $5-$10B dollar. More than $50+ million have been spent on exploring the gold at Slovakian and DRC project, and the net asset is at �17m, yet the market cap is a paltry �5.5m. Thats the way how AIM market is. You take advantage of the discrepancy, sooner or later institutional investor would pile in here followed by the herd...

just an online review from a current user.... Worst customer service and contactability of any company ever in my experience in the past. More recently I wanted to inform them of a usage account issue which would be in their interest and the only way to do it from their current site info was to fill in numerous online information which I don't have the time for and I'm just not doing it. They wasted hours of my time with their 4G changeover mess, left me with no phone for weeks and my number unusable for months and I'm not willing to giving them even more time.

Cant see them profitable in near future - pay as you go bundle is way too expensive vs competitors.The cheapest pay as you go sim is 46% cheaper than TPOP's cheapest sim, has 150% more minutes in the voice bundle and 10 times more text allowance than their cheapest plan. TPOP is going to pop...albeit slowly. This is going to dilute to oblivion.

Its directors like NL taking the **** of the small shareholders that shakes the overall confidence of the AIM market for retail investors.

This is absolutely the kind of value destruction that Lee has bought to shareholders. The value of the shares are at least 2-2.5 times the value of the current share price then why take money through discounted placements - it absolutely defies logic. Absolutely NL is one of the worst directors in AIM.....

The probability of the DRC project getting acquired for 100+ m has just gone up massively....

20+g / tonne is huge! DRC project turning into a spectacular asset....

U never know as to how this would turn - if Gaea is owned by the Hongkong based associates of this Christopher fellow, then it would be a big task to get the resolution passed.....

Between Gaea and Rowan, they control 34% of the float....let's see

With so much happening with a lot of PRS investments, the lack of focus on showcasing the developments is pathetic....this can clearly be run more efficiently....you don't just invest on companies and then sit on your bums, you actively helps your investee companies with funding / partnership / networking / etc needs.

Emailed PRS more than four times to request up-to-date information on shares held on various listed and unlisted companies but received no answer. So the dedication with which the company is run. Lee needs to flee so that a driven individual can run the show - one who can update more frequently to the market then once in a three month polar bear....

- Imminent sale of Sturec asset. - Start of Phase 2 drilling at Akyanga and review of previous 100 drill results with the end goal of JORCing the asset to upwards of 2m+ au oz. - Andiamo looking for further fund raising through private placements or potential IPO. - Focus on JORCing the Zambian asset & further financing the limited production plant - Gold over $1330. Micro and macro factors lining up for an explosive break out here.... Could be leaving the 2p zone barrier soon, if it breaks 5, it would be near 8p-12p+ (a PFS ready gold project in 2019 when the gold could be near $1400 means an blockbuster exit valuation - upwards of $100m-$150m for the DRC asset alone.)

Current zone is near the resistance of previous bull run - an interesting area to watch the price action...

Slovakia's 100% stake is quite underrated by the market due to legacy issue - JORC resource of almost a 1m au oz is substantial project. Selling it would probably help to finance casa mining region up to next year's PFS without diluting existing shareholders....And the same with Andiamo's stake which can be sold to JORc grade the Zambian copper-cobalt project. VC did earlier mention the non-jorc status of the Zambian asset as being one of the hurdle for raising capital.
