Hallin Marine places 5.4 mln usd order to expand remote operated vehicle fleet 23 Oct'07 LONDON__ Hallin Marine Subsea International PLC said it is extending its subsea inspection capabilities with a 5.4 mln usd order for seven new remote operated vehicles from Saab Seaeye Marine. The new machines, designed to operate in the inspection, repair and maintenance market, are scheduled for delivery during the first quarter of 2008. They will complement Hallin Marine's existing six remote operated vehicles, which are designed for subsea construction rather than observation.

Hat Pin says chairman Terry Hitchcock lifts stake in co to 6.03 pct. 18 Oct 2007 LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Hat Pin PLC said its non-executive chairman Terry Hitchcock has acquired 150,000 shares in the company at 105 pence a share, lifting his stake to 1.88 mln shares or 6.03 pct.
