Sitting on me sofa feet up eating a cheese sandwich with a glass beer planning where to spend me money should this investment ripen, trying to learn what I can from you. Deciphering the fiction is relatively easy, trying to find facts a tad more difficult. I have learnt to make judgement of company on price alone is of little value. In view of coming events the SP bears no resemblance to status and appears to be under the control of major investors, hook, line, and sinker. Never seen so much Blue while the SP is holds down. Selling at the top and buying at the bottom doesn’t work as no one knows where reality is. SP is only an indicator.
Most Importantly is the product being developed, does it appeal to me, do I have strong confidence in the path the company is taking. I need to understand the way a company is being structured, who are they where have they been and what’s their track record, The only way to know what a company wants to achieve. Next page in my book, who are the major shareholders? If an investment company what’s their field of interest, are they friend or foe. Where is an alliance coming from and follow the money.
As someone once said, Rule number 1 Don’t lose any money. Rule number 2 Don’t forget rule No1, so true.
As posted, there are so many positive clues out there that give me reason to invest. I think many are putting to much emphasis on the price. In the short to middle term there will be an upside to put a smile on our faces. In the meantime, I’m unsure whether to arrange a holiday in Bognor next year or the Maldives. Time will tell.
I enjoy the banter. Keep it up. Tallyho Dinners Ready.
