They didnt even put Semnet arbitration results in the highlights so im expecting a few more twists and turns tbf and to be honest 'Expected' from this BOD is pretty hollow......

At the end of the day we know very little about zheng and choo we know far more about the ineptness of this BOD and they cant seem to win simple banking payment licenses and now they gonna win a big case like this lol, we will see but I dont expect anything from this tbh. Wrong uns usually win ! what makes it worse for me is if it was so overwhelming in evidence zheng and choo would settle at the first point, they could have avoided high court but they haven't and winning court cases is never a simple matter, the burden of proof is on GST and I do not see any sort of organised firm there! its why zheng and choo 'potentially' had them over but we do not know I can only go on my convo with zheng in august 2024 and he's hardcore, not your typical Singaporean scared of his own shadow.....we will see but i think anyhthing less than 1.8 million and theyve won, who knows what extra biz they did wiht 36 million contract people but its not yp silon thats for sure!

The investor helpine for gst has no one maning it even though its connected to a mobile number and Mervyn Zheng at Sement refuses to acknowledge a deal with YPSilon. Nothing to see here lol attack the Chaebol instead.
