The March 2nd date for safeguarding services in the EU is happening in the UK on the 7th May.

All UK API's PI's EMI's etc are affected by the new rules.

Does anyone know if Angra are compliant on this?

Look forward to seeing BFD's good grace and admitting he was wrong but like most of the rampers that call it wrong they fall to the wayside and just disappear, 'good grace' oh the irony lol

For months I was ridiculed by this guy, I am still wondering what I have called wrong since September, anyone ?, its been almost laser like precision and now here we are, felt like I was months ahead of most here, even the finferno poland angle thats being discussed last few days I was bringing up cross border illegal the day it was announced and badgering its socials and emails with the reality of that polish vasp, let alone the price falls I called and its failed MiCA and insane EMI app thats gone on forever, next show is court Zheng zhu security costs counter claims, if it keeps falling wiht no intervention are the FCA going to step in and suspend it, BOD they have to make some form of statement soon and all things considered I dont think its going to be a very good one lads.

Very disturbing if you're a long here. Even the standard we believe we are undervalued yada yada line would boost it let alone any buys from them, unless they sitting on more bad news and they cant say a word? this is mental and looks mightily incompetent!

We don't know but we can guess quite well when you look at the other successful apps.

Substance, mind management. and the alleged AML black hole of 700 to 800k users with bake seem to have all caused issues.

From what the BOL communicated Deacs the very latest date LT VASPS were informed of non approval was the 15th December, I beleive GST knew before then but that would be the very latest date they would have been informed of non approval with MiCA.

Tim is being kept in the dark as well then, He has done a good job painting a pretty picture last couple of years without anything actually being achieved, he tole me end of September

Until the BOD tell us in RNS comms I would be very reluctant to rely on Tims info at this point.

Is the Lord being responsive to any more phone calls ? all the emails that come back to me from Angra about EMI is this 'The company will not comment on an ongoing regulatory process and an announcement will be made in due course.' and that has been their messages to various ID's since jan 23rd this year.

LT is going and to me Balinski had a Polish VASP sale to profit from and GST scooped it up hook line and sinker, I emailed Tim and the bake x page on the 1st January explaining how useless the Polish VASP was for MiCA and that cross border EU transactions are seriously restricted if not illegal. Finferno now is shown as a dumb buy but it was even dumber at the time. Id be getting away from the Balinski cats, should never have gone to that point!

Well i cant pretend they've suspended crypto services because they want to wait for MiCA, theyve been told to close ops down or risk fines and regulatroy issues, that is the real news here.
