RE: Someone is definately buying23 Mar 2019 12:00
So for the sake of £1,250 he could buy those shares and on paper have £250k which he can’t exercise until February 2022 which he has currently declined to do, think about it for the sake of £1,250 quid he could own those shares and he hasn’t. All kinds of things could happen to his job and the options from now until then and he hasn’t got enough confidence to drop £1,250 now! Nor does he own any ordinary shares or is interested in them according to RNS....
A further 250,000 Options have been granted to Paul Rawson, Chief Financial Officer, with an exercise price of 0.5 pence. Paul Rawson, who joined the Group on 3 September 2018, is not currently interested in any ordinary shares in the Group.
The Options are due to vest on 25 February 2022, and can be exercised from that time until they lapse on 25 February 2029.
