Beautiful I bought 10k worth on Tuesday. Flew to Bali Tuesday night and just seen all this. Have just sold my 67 p shares. And now have 10k 25 grand bootiful!

I know I’ve not been very positive with this stock but I did have the timing right good luck to all long term holder I think the futures bright on this and won’t be selling any shares for now..

This is drifting down. TU was always going to be due in q2 seven more weeks. I think if the news was rosy from the TU they would have looked to inform market immediately, That this is later than the usual TU leads me to think the TU could be quite bad. The FCA case will weigh heavily should it conclude badly for YU.

And finally we have to know the complete profit margins not what was published last time. Need lots more clarity. This could be 80 p by the end of next week. So I’m going to wait patiently for this SP.

This is a company that’s never recorded a profit have loss making contracts until 2020 and can not give the general public profit margins in the last TU nor will they based upon new regulation break single digit profits on leccy or water sold and your thinking £20 quid. The Company lost 90% of its market value because it was run terribly and just because heavyweight accountants come in doesn’t change a company culture, check trust pilot this month for yu customer complaints, lots more and they are shambolic some punter had an attempt of 17k being removed from his bank account by YU. The company is a disaster and your saying £20! Get me some of what your smoking!

TUwill be anytime in Q2 so could be in June that the TU comes, or it could be tomorrow we can only go on the rns which states after thorough review TU will conclude in Q2.

Adam ! This year I’ve seen good news hammer the SP and bad news cause the price to rise was investing isn’t so simple. Otherwise it would be very simple indeed.

Is that wrong ? I don’t buy or invest in things I like. I invest in things that I believe will make me money sometimes right sometimes wrong but this company is very easy to make money from thankfully.

Made 30 grand since October on YU. And currently have 3000 shares left at 67p. Have seen lots of posters come and go on this share spouting Lofty £5 prediction and above SP. apart from wongtogo and a couple of others the rest have fallen by the wayside. Gareth, taffy, sharepicker, ironic, to name a few.....where are you ? And what’s happened to the SP predictions you all told everybody....nada ! Long term posters will attest I’ve been right calling this more than them again and again. Anyway in all the slatngs my question to Adam was what makes you think this could be a good TU? With all the chaos going on behind the scenes it’s far more likely the TU will be bad rather than good? AIMHO GLA

Adam. They are being investigated by the FCA and have loss making contracts that haven’t been given a monetary figure. Profit margins on current earnings isn’t transparent or clear. The new venture in water contracts will make single digit profit margins and that’s not including the set up costs incurred. So no it’s not SIMPLE!

What makes you think the TU will be good ?

All this optimism for a huge share price rise ! Why ? FCA bad news will hammer the SP and a bad TU will hurt it. Continued bad reviews from punters receiving leccy from YU. Confirms best practises still not resolved and as for selling lecture cheaper than they bought it still continues. Market needs clarity in n profit margins and clarity on the loss making contracts which still remain unclear. Until that resolved this won’t bag. GLA

Unfortunately our govt agency’s are incompetent no matter what new procedures or policy’s they introduce.

This will take 12-24 months to resolve with the FCA. I’d stake my house on that.

V11, cheers, Doesn’t pay for the story that is JOG but is welcoming news. YU has been good for me since October nearly 30 grand now from trading the dips and spikes. I still think the company is truly awful but that doesn’t have a bearing on trading or making money. Be aware of the fundamentals and the bloody spread ;)

I still have 3000 shares at 67p so let’s hope for an rns but I’d be surprised if this hits over 250p EVER.

Because the FCA is a government agency and they take ages, took them 6 months to sort out my simple PPI claim. Think brexit think cross rail think anything government does takes ages. I own PFC who have been investigated by the SFO that’s 2 years and still nothing no news!

Hi V11, I bought 10k worth at 82p last week. Will sell them if the spread gets tighter although saying that any hint of a positive rns should send this flying.however the spike won’t last long if the profit margins aren’t revealed. I’ve just taken a massive hit on JOG latest appraisal drill on Verbier so I need a little bit of Love. After that problemo I’ve taken off with the Mrs for a two week holiday in Thailand so I’m not watching things as close as I should be.

Banters ok for you however on the flip side when other people revert to it, you use against me. Jog news was a blow for everybody involved but I can’t pity your paper losses when you were sitting on a 10 fold profit. I think a lot of naive posters would have been drawn in on what you said regarding that but like you say your investments your decisions your win or your losses, just like mine are.
