There is a long game in these miners but for now it’s mara and riot that look like they will move forward with any consequence the rest are playing survival/relevance but the beauty of this sector is the risk/reward is massive. I’m trading Mara like mad but also hodling quite a percentage. The ups and downs are mental but over time btc remains robust, but the fud sell the bull that seems to be the trend for now sooner or later it’s gonna take off.

The miners have been slow to bounce with btc to be fair. I wouldn’t have thought Mara is $7 at 25k btc but here we are.

I think the tough question is can central banks allow a btc run when their house of cards is collapsing around them. A big pull back when it ventured into the 26’s I saw loads of liquidations and the price should have risen and yet it pulled back hard.

At least large volume is coming back that’s something the fed and central banks can’t stop for now.

Btc botttomed in the low 25’s and off we go again think the next leg now is 30k probably even before my April timeline.

It’s such a scarce amount no one wants to tell ya.

It was 101 btc or equivalents in the last update.

Argos btc treasury has risen by about half a bar during this rise if they haven’t sold any.

It’s not easy to forget how much Argo fooked this up though as well.A new bod gets a clean slate and their first meaningful rns is confirming 47 million shares in a stage equity plan and that Argo trade on aim, so the slate is no longer clean.

Unforgivable for many what went on here. I think this time everybody has an exit price in mind and are invested in other crypto investments in a much larger way.

Argo had its moment to be competing with Mara 2 years ago and managed correctly could have been still competing with Mara the good faith many extended didn’t get rewarded, so as mentioned previously Argo is a ‘giggle’ investment,whereas specifically Mara and sometimes riot have the lion share of volume from crypto investors.

Argo is toast long term imho it just depends what price it can achieve in this next leg up.

Still confident of 30’s in April. Have bought bought and bought ! Last buy of btc at 20.1k and when I saw it go into 19’s heart sunk a bit. Zoomed out all weekend and then got an eth update last night was very pleasant to see btc at 22.6k . If we go plus 30 I’m selling and then reassess.

And yeh higher interest rates are just a double whammy for most as they don’t have substantial savings to take advantage of higher saving rates plus the huge difference of debt interest v savings interest. A recession is here, most must be going into large debt to sustain this costs of living and higher rates won’t cause inflation to fall, it hasn’t worked since they raised to be fair and I don’t trust the numbers they throw at us, as most get amended months down the line.

Btc is up 2.5k HC and looks good for more, the miners will catch up I’m sure.

The bear and fud has flipped a little bit and definitely much rosier than it looked on Friday/ Saturday.

I’m sure most of us hope this run continues in btc.

I think a recession is already playing out they just denying the fact that we are in a recession and changing the formula, things move quick and Central banks stuck in this print/bail/qe that looks like it will just continue, good luck controlling inflation if the US govt have just gteed 200 odd billion in svb lol who knows how far it stretches, but i have a feeling we living with inflation longer than we all hoped for. I wouldnt be surprised to see a shift from the Fed, things move quick.

Prices continue to rise in spite of evidence they shouldnt be, especially energy and food. I cant see these coming down only rising.

I always think its a good idea for the owner to know what they own stock at. Many seem unaware of their own averages here. I'm glad YOU KNOW it now. x;)

Chaebol, I have a few accounts. My SIPP & ISA are holding accounts and I hold mostly CLSK (and a smaller holding of others as a backup plan - I do move things from time to time if I feel valuations are overdone or underdone). However with the current CLSK ATM I've taken the opportunity to do a couple of sideways trades into MARA and back to CLSK. They haven't necessarily gone the way I expected, but they were both successful and achieved the aim of increasing my CLSK holding on both occasions - although net £ balance has gone done with Friday's dip - but should go up again today. I then have my much smaller trading account that tends to go up and down like a yoyo - I am not very good at trading but have gotten less worse. Shorter term trades back into cash. Mara chosen because there's a significant differential to RIOT mcap, and the spread and volume is better than clsk. But I still think they are rubbish.
