As of July 25, 2025, the total number of GSTechnologies Ltd ordinary shares in issue was 2,326,265,508. 

Of this total, 1,155,287 shares were held in treasury, which meant the total number of voting rights (shares not held in treasury) was 2,325,110,221. 

At the G. S. T. Holdings Limited (GST) Annual General Meeting (AGM) around October 25, 2025, the share count was as follows:

Issued share capital: 2,164,693,555 ordinary shares

Shares held in treasury: 58,844,713 ordinary shares

Total voting rights (shares not in treasury): 2,105,848,842 ordinary shares

Still doesn't make any sense on any of the total shares and treasury totals they published for October rns, Any shares in treasury in October would have to be rns'd at that amount. Looks to me like a clerical cuck up tbh.

Agree Red and Ian they cant be having another 83% down ytd thats for sure! Would like some real go getters to get involved with this company, some of the current BOD told us 3 years ago what they did in the next 2 years would be pivotal to its growth, well they wasted 2 years on Sement, stablecoins and gs money vanished.....GSFin and GS 20 and bake look baked....looks like we need to go all in on Angra and somehow grow revs 10 15 X

Yes you are right on the dates. But that doesnt explain away the lack of RNS for return of these shares and also the mats of the 58 million semnet shares and the existing treasury shares they had. Its a very strange one.

Legally I am sure they have to RNS it, they're treasury shares, this is why I believ there has been some form of miscalculation by the person that submitted the form who knows !

Yday gaming this one of our best guesses is its a cut and paste job and theyve used an old 58 million treasury form and not proof read the doc correctly before issuing it....I am sure they had an issue with July numbers as well but cant find any corrections but i am sure they did!

October is too early according to the arb hearing for these shares to be in treasury in Pctober but i also appreciate if former owners knew they were going to lose and they do have a weak case they returned those shares early but still doesnt account for the share discrepancy from July to October............ and the missing RNS of significant treasury shares inbound. Its been an odd one!

What we couldn’t work out is the share count going down from July to October by 130 million roughly ?

Maybe the July figure are wrong I don’t know but if anyone does know.... it would be most welcome.
