The forecast of production and revenues from the JV is subject to funding availability; however, advanced discussions are in progress with a strategic investor to provide the capital to fund Tesoro and the tailings projects through to operation and production, with the priority being to achieve first production in Q4 2024. There can be no certainty that these discussions will result in the strategic investor providing capital to the Company. Further funding and cash flow derived from Tesoro will be used to progress to FID on the tailings cleaning projects with a full economic study and international compliant resource statement.

Echo has identified more than one business opportunity and are doing their due diligence/Negotiating and will carefully decide which is best for shareholders.

I think RNS after GM unless both parties agree a deal before that.

Yes had a good conversation with new CEO.

Very honest, trustworthy and determined person.

He couldn’t give much away but did say not in Argentina and a few countries around there, so I’m guessing still in South America.

As for Bond payment that’s due 2032 nothing to worry about yet.

Current small loan due next year, that should be negotiated soon.

Interoil shares are locked in until June this year (was worth 400k)

Overheads are at very low with cut wages to preserve cash.

Received the letter from broker today, I’ve requested my broker to appoint the Chairman of the meeting or another corporate representative to vote on my behalf.

There’s 2 resolutions to vote for, I’m sure your broker will know about it.

I have never attended a GM so couldn’t really tell you the proces.

Forget the past, new chapter now.

New CEO with years of experience, currently in the final stages of doing a deal. Yes will need further funding but a good deal could change everything. Multi bagger I believe.

As for Interoil we have a small stake and some shares received part of the sale process.

Interoil quarterly report due on the 29th.

I’m expecting minimum x 5 fold increase in share price when deal is complete, Could go lot higher though.
