Surprised this hasn't dropped further with it's small 2400 beeps being relied upon to keep it afloat.

What the sp is reacting to is the fact that echo can't afford to pay back the loan as per original agreement and have both needed to extend the original loan and arrange another one.

If we know he sold with info regarding the Chinese payment once again being delayed, why hasn't the above happened?

Plus as he is no longer in the company I believe that he is no longer privy to inside information and is perfectly able to sell if he wishes.
