Yeah I thought he perhaps needed money, then saw (companies house) he was paid as a director of an obscure charity £75000 last year. Maybe he has expensive tastes.
He is currently on boards of four (minor) companies .

3 tri this year. 2 of then posted very late

Try adding those up over months and you'll find it adds up to a hell of a lot

Seen this spiral of death on so many aim companies.
Assets not covering costs. Borrow borrow borrow at inflated costs just to survive and keep people on jobs.
Cannot believe people are buying on the back of that rns.

Note the "immediate"
Says
A.. He left under a cloud after what looked like insider trading.
B.. He is no longer on the board. So your suggestion insinuating that he has further knowledge of what goes on in the boardroom is disingenuous and made for the sole reason, which is to ruffle a few feathers.

If you see his businesses over the years he seems to have had a , how shall I put it, interesting past.
Had his hand in more companies than the Trotters.
Although owning millions here I'm not sure if he has the ear of anyone inside NFX after his abrupt demise earlier, and think anyone feeding him info would be on a sticky wicket showing his propensity to sell .

The next rns will probably be a tri as a lot of shares in total have been sold over the past three months.

And so much for some saying he can't sell as privileged inside info.
Still small declaration. Been a lot more heavy sells adding up to a sizable amount.

No one can be happy with the sp , but anyone that bought shares on the back of the word "hopeful" deserve to lose money.
A good rns will soak up the millions of shares from the likes of CPI which have been drip fed day in day out. The sooner we get rid of those and perhaps one other ex board member the better.
Until then shut out the noise or sell up , take the hit and move on to another "sure thing".

Plus people are assuming that we have just one seller unloading. We could well have two, if not three. Plus pi's going elsewhere with their trading money.
Annoying? Yes. But there is SFA we can do about it. Just hope there are enough buyers out there to keep soaking them up. And that late booked trade on Friday looked like a sell, not a buy.

Can't see why a TRI will help the sp. It will tell us "one" of our constant sellers. It will also sadly tell us how many more millions they have at their disposal.

We can keep patting ourselves on the back , telling ourselves what a marvellous company we are invested in, as we have been for the past God knows how many months watching the sp reach 14p then drop back down to 4. But we will get no where til we get some ground breaking fresh news and get the constant heavy seller off our backs.
