I would object to any placing at present. Let's see the bod work their rsees off to secure deals that bring in the necessary cash flow and grow cash rich.
We ,as all know, do not need more finance at present to keep our heads above water for the rest of the year. Placings have been too many times in the past with too many companies an excuse to twiddle thumbs .
So let's get some business done. Have regular updates, and see this company go from strength to strength by making strong deals with firm contracts after due diligence.

For months I've been saying we've needed a covic update, only to be berated by all and sundry, that it would have no effect on Nfx and all would continue as normal.
Now told that negotiations have been on hold because of Covic and then told negotiations and even an agreement has been accomplished during lockdown.
So which is it? Really can't have it both ways.
Although, obviously, I am delighted with the new news regarding this tie up with the American company, I am also disappointed with the lack of firm timelines going forward.

It's been blindingly obvious these past 5 months that the Chinese deal and cash was dead and buried as I've said often.
And all the ramping ie, "can't buy can only sell" is pure bull.
I've said all along that we've needed a civic update for months, and this is basically what this rns is.

I believe the bond holders will definitely come to an agreement with Echo. The terms? Who knows.
The last thing they want is a company with undefined assets to try and market.

Debt won't default. Bond holders know that without debt restructuring they'll lose their cash and there'll be no buyers for what is a small , in the scope of things, minor player in oil and gas.
So, imo, and agreement will be reached, at what cost we don't know. The sp will lift a little when a few traders jump in and out.
And sooner rather than later there'll be another fund raise.
