The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Yeay ! Now only 88% down on my investment at close.
I'm tired of the gloaters and rampers and all the "don't wanna be out of this at the weekend" bllx !
Where's good old MrCosts with his proper perspective .
Pre 25th Feb 2022, I was addicted to this forum, my mistake. Look where it got me, listening to the hype, I even got my sister to buy on Jan 17th at £1.92.....EmBaRaSsInG!!!
Let's all just calm down -if there's a leak, then kudos to those that have their ear to the ground, but we've a long, long way to go for a lot of LTH's to reach break even again and is it too much to accept that they may be a little disgruntled by the TOTAL Lack of information coming from "OUR" company ? Huh !
Nothing Negative about Mr Costs, he sees it exactly as it is.
Incidentally does anyone know roughly what the overhead for Salaries, National Insurance and Company Pension might be over the last 11 months ?
Signed; 1 bored, overexposed, gullible, LTH since March 2020.
Zzzzzz - zzzzzz

Your estimate of Polygon's new average makes me feel better.
Difference is, they will (hopefully) continue to buy, cementing confidence and reducing their average more. My good lady would not be happy if I were to take advantage of the bargain price available now.
Anyone else got ideas of where Poly's avg is ?
Ukraine strength is inspiring !
Trintyman, Thankyou for your eyes wide open opinion, I sincerely hope you're correct and SSH is further recognised for the great work he has done.
A few more weeks is nothing in the grand scheme, patience will be rewarded and I would be as happy for the Synairgen team, founding and current, as I will be looking at my S&S ISA. GLA
I also do not think we've missed the boat, but I am not going to be brutal.
However, I am intrigued as to how long it has taken for the in vitro test results, (even if I have zero experience in this field). I am convinced if positive results against Omicron were published, this would cement some confidence for investors before P3 results and wipe the smile off the trolls.
£37 billion for track and trace, those identified to have been in contact with someone possibly did not save those who contracted the virus and ended up in ICU, potentially fatal.
£37 billion.!! - IMO, the UK government could have speculated / backed a small British biotech after the successful P2 results.
IMO, All the latest experienced heavy hitting Pharma recruits to Synairgen, would not have moved away from their previous posts if they did not have confidence in SNG001 and the company. And the BOD, would not be splashing the cash on such people, if they didn't know there was something big around the corner. Speaks volumes, again all IMO.
...it is said, that divorce is so expensive, is because it is worth every penny.
Waiting a few more months, getting good data and analysing accordingly, setting out your stall professionally for a product that could potentially restore health from near death for the next 50 years, is also worth the wait.
Let's face it, we're all a bit beaten up by the share price atm, those who are confident and have the wherewithall will be lucky enough to get in/top up at a superb price.
Keep the faith Synners!

Then we have France where suddenly far more stringent measures have been set by the UK due to the prominence of the good old South African Beta variant.
Shouldn't Clinigen be doing there job now pushing MAPI ?
Reminder of Synairgen press release of 26th May...
"In vitro experiments were conducted at Viroclinics-DDL in the Netherlands to confirm
that SNG001 had activity against the B.1.1.7 (“UK or “Kent”) and B.1.351 (“South
African”) variants. In these experiments, Vero E6 cells were treated with SNG001 prior
to and after infection with SARS-CoV-2. 16-24 hours after infection, the presence of
SARS-CoV-2 viral proteins was determined using an immunostaining method.
SNG001 potently reduced virus to undetectable levels in cells infected with “Wuhan-
like” (virus strain: Germany/BavPat1/2020), the UK/Kent variant and the South African
variant. Concentrations, readily achievable following inhaled delivery of interferon beta,
that gave 90% inhibition (IC90) were 3.2, 4.0 and 3.4 IU/mL respectively."
Come on Les Bleu, get using SNG001 and help with EUA.!!!
That Feedback, FrankFeedback, is to the say the least, Frank as Feedback goes. Succinct it maybe but truthful I'm not so sure. If I can be so Frank, Frank, TipTop's Tips are only tips and nothing more, so Frank if you threw all of your children's savings into Tip's latest Tip, maybe you should bet on GeeGees that are Favourite, that'd be the favoured choice and my tip.
Hmmm yes. Perhaps Synairgen/Consillium asked because perhaps they know of something around the corner ?
The link to the full SkyNews interview with SirSH can be found there. So quietly confident, he knows his business and product. Patience Iago!
