Confirmation that news of EPO in the public domain but just needs a procedural sign-off from the President.

And confirmation PREM are meeting with Zim authorities in a matter of days to talk about and push issues on EPO and RHA ---- this from the Horses mouth!

fish4money - in what it means to us, the same thing: we have access to all that equipment. If we wanted to buy that oursleves, it would cost that much money. Instead, we have access to all the equipment for a million squid plus 10% of profits form here on in - with the relationship expected to grow stronger.

Think you need to look ahead to Zulu EPO to get an idea what is up --- we are looking at keeping 100% of Zulu EPO until we have the DFS (with MNH giving us some of the cash perhaps and a lot of the equipment). Then sell on post DFS for $1.25billion.

We been edging closer and closer to a bottleneck of news. MNH deal is a great move, effectively underpinning 50% of our market cap (meaning everything else - Zulu, Circum and RHA - thrown in for a measly £6million, when the loan accoutn at RHA remains at $14million, with Zim investing what it takes to get RHA to production and further development work). Once EPO lands, going to be a whopper, but will also help to contextualise the MNH deal and it will ultimately help PREM keep 100% of ZULU EPO, helped by along with Circum liquidity event, likely split across dividend and funds for development at EPO, until we ready to sell the lot for $1.25billion.

Today's deal,

- 10% of a revenue-generating, prodit-making asset. That deal now (bearing in mind PREMs exposure to MNH upside (i.e. share of profits) underpins c.50% of our market cap -- think about. The profits can be used to cover basic comapny operating costs

- Access to $22million of mining equipment, to be deployed, in due course, at RHA and, especially, across Zulu and EPO (with possibilies fr Katate in the future)

- General sense that MNH could/ should become a part of PREM, meaning we have an increasingly productive, profitable asset that helps to fund the company better, reducing beed to dilute, and the support of tens of milions of dollars worth of mining equipment.

- There has been no additonal dilution to PREM as a result of today's deal. That dilution happened ages back when the loan was first announced and is part responsible for taking us down to thhose crazy SPs.

This is a great deal and shows the way. The SP is not going to crash to 0.03p again. This SP level now represents remarkable value given what we now have and what we have on the way.

Am a LTH and am in profit and all becasue I added as much as I could when we we at below 0.030p.

The MNH deal will return to us many multiples of the $1million loan. Compare that 10% interest. It effectively covers the day to day running costs of PREM for many years. The access to equipment will reduce costs in hammering out all the development work towards EPO DFS

Now, if you look at the Regents loan, Regents is headed by Stephen Dattels. Comprende? Regents already extended the load period without a single penalty and are likely to convert at a much higher SP and will most certainly - wait for it - HOLD for the ultimate sale of Zulu EPO post DFS (which the MNH deal will enable without any prior relinquishing of a percentage to a large JV partner).

A lot of folks haven't been following this properly.

Once we clear out the impatient sellers, we free to move. We have just secured 10% of a revenue generating project, straght in. No dveelopment work reuqired from us, and they are expectign to grow output and profit. Is very possible that this is able to cover our company operating costs, with additional critical access to all that equipment in readiness for EPO and Katate.

It's wrth adding that MNH want this and likely want even more of this 'merger' as the more it happens, the gerater their exposure to Zulu EPO.

This is a stonking deal. Feel we must be VERY close to EPO announcement.

You miles off Steven am afraid, miked off the vendor of this purchase is immediate and is far better than getting a repayment on our loan.

This is a great deal folks. This is what we've been moving towards with MNH, securing a stake in a proven revenue generating project. This is better than getting back our loan (remembering the loan was already made).

AMC have more than enough questions to answer but it does seem that at times they can't win either. I took today's news a stromg positive. The amounts concerned are not inconsiderable. No-one would be putting that kind of money in unless for simply PR (unless a multi-millionaire or more) and certainly not if you are insiders (even if they are not in a closed period right now). If they were going nowhere, they would know and would certainly wasting that capital for a gag.

We have a wait of some kind here, how long, who knows - but 2020 is expected to be the year the squeeze really kicks in. So my guess is sometime in 2020, ahead of that squeeze, things will really start to pick up. In the meantime, I hope to be adding at the crazy prices.

For sheer size, folks should see the map of Zimbabwe with the EPO shown in blue (produced by NaPoM). When your license can be seen quite clearly on the map of a country as big as Zimbabwe (with so much of the area being rich in minerals, world class level), you know you in to something very substantial!

Those who folks who have come to know tedoby know him as being one of those amongst the very best, a proper clever bloke who has bags of integrity and who is also very - almost ferociously - critical of the company and GR. Your description of him as a 'Company Stewg', after he gives up his time to post his reseach and anaysis, and given you know squat all about him, pretty much confirms you are a W A N K E R. You not here to keep things real. You here to be a W A N K E R -- is what you good at - in fact, is all that you are good at.

Archaeopteryx, folks bemoaning about GR is standard here. Everyone LTH here has good reason to be have been negative about GR and the comoany. That doesn't mean they don't have faith in the assets and, however complexly, company being able to turn it around. I stuck with the company cos of the assets and, it may sound bizarre, in GR having the right contacts, having skin in the game (as they say) and the raw ability to drag this out of the gutter.

For folks were well researched and prepared to keep sharp, they would've been able to make the most of the crazy SP's that litterally had the company valued at less than £3million at one time.

So, yes, folks have a right to moan, folks have a right to pour scorn on GR and the company but doing so doesn't mean you can't simultaneosuly think there's prospects; and it doesn't preclude fro changing your mind later about aspects of the company.

You still got a chance to make money (or recover losses) given the lowly market cap and the news about to land. Otherwise, take your loss on the chin and move on.
