Haven't had the chance to take a look in to this BB recently but have to admit have not felt any urgent to either,

As far as I was concerned, the last piece os seemingly material news (regarding GG refunding us) pointed to a positive outcome somewhere down the line and that we already knew that Jan 2020 would be a general timefarme regarding news on arbitration. Come to accept the wait till then.

We all know that timeline (unless there has been other news that supercedes this that I am still to catch up on). The wait in between is what it is, nothing else. Can't be getting down over waiting till Jan 2020. Bored, I can understand. But haven't seen anything that would suggest I should be any more worried than I was a month ago. In fact, am more confident than I was a month ago.

Was just thinking about this bit from the Podcast:

"…is there anything we can do Mr President to please get you to sign this thing off? We know you’re open for business. We’ve proved we got the money to go and start work there. We’re desperate to start work there. Please let us."

They've proved they got the money to start atZulu EPO.

So a question is, where they have got this money from?

Could be a major JV partner - talk of RioZim, the Russians, Chinese or even the South Koreans (the Koreans are majorly on the lookout too).

However, I suspect that sorting a funding deal with enough capital but not giving away too much of the project wouldn't be easy to arrange. Too much haggling and stress, too much for PREM to prove/ demostrate before investment, as well as loss of full control.

Could there be a friendlier lenderan/ or partner perhaps?

Some discussion around JV possibly with MNH even.

But could this bring in enough capital and would it provide enough political weight to persuade the Zim authorities?

Not sure.

Am thinking could, once again, well be Stephen Dattels and potentially his Regents Mercantile fund. They're the 2nd largest investor in Circum, and funding PREM to get Zulu/ EPO to DFS would be a cinch compared to Circum and a relatively easy return. For PREM, it's a friendly funder - one we have a relationship with already via the existing Regents loan. This while PREM in return hold 5% of Circum, including buying out those two distressed funds of their Circum holdings, seemingly as a favour to Dattels.

This way, PREM keep a tight control over their prime assets, including around how they are developed, but simultaneously bring in established, proven experience and expertise in the form of parties who also happen to be solid allies. These close allies - Dattels and Neil Herbert - worked with GR (with GR in a sort of lesser - though still signficant - role) on UraMin, where UraMin was ultimately sold for $2.5billion.

Think about it folks :-)

The way you describing the situation is plain talking the down the share. I would never us that kinda tone or approach in a share I was in, where the amount mattered to me.

Steven, you proving to me again that you must've sold out either in part or completely. Your commenting on SP sliding shows me you haven't considered the full range of developments that have been taking place that has derisked PREM as an investment, underpinning the SP, and that you're main focus is EPO and then you out -- except you already out, it seems...

Just reiterate, GR says,

- We have funds to start work at EPO once EPO signed-off
- They talking to Ministry of Mines and --- various other Minstries...

A lot of key meetings and conversations this week :-)

Folks do not need to believe GR. But EPO news could land at any time, and when it does, detractors not going to be able deramp it away.

The entire passage I posted above earlier is solely concerned with the EPO approval. If we specifically take the following;

Now let’s drill down (pun thoroughly intended) further;

“…We’ve proved we got the money to go and start work there. We’re desperate to start work there.”

By the ‘there’, he means the EPO and not just Zulu because the entire passage is about EPO. So where are those funds coming from? Circum? Some kind of JV as yet to be announced?!

Finally, they aren’t just meeting the Ministry of Mines. GR says “…various other ministries.”

What other ministries?

Whatever it is, a lot happening this week -- is BIG and getting close.

stevenc72, sorry but is apparent to me you are trading. Fair enough if you got 2 business but trading is still possible. I have a business of my own plus various other committments and if I wanted to trade, still easy enough. You may have a holding here but my strong guess is you sold a chunk and are hoping to make some gains elsewhere before trying to pop back in here.

The MOM meeting is this week. That isdeisgbed to apply pressure. The sign-off is literally a procedural thing. PREM not alone in this. Folks who are well researched and speak to the company firmly believe it will be this side of the New Year.

It could come any time, including before the meeting...

- MNH Deal underpins 50% of Market Cap (MC £12m), withmajor derisking with profit, equipment & expertise
Then add,
- Zulu
- Upcoming news of Circum event c.$15m
- RHA (folks need to check out the below Twitter link to great pic of the RHA Plant:

- No heavy dilution possible (ceiling reached).

Then add,
- EPO!
- EPO Meeting this week! (Includes discussions around RHA too)
- And we've also heard - from the horses mouth (see podcast) - we got the funds to progress EPO on approval! (--- so does that eman we have a partner ready to go? Does this mean we have an arranegemnt with Cirum?)

Whatever some of the specifics, PREM increasingly derisked and presenting itself more and more as an investment opportunity, further derisked by MNH, RHA moving towards production, and news lined up, and with massive upside from these levels (a gift given derisking and massive news to come).

We have exposure to 10% of the profits and use of all that equipment. Is a great deal in my view, with way more to come.

mattwales, agree also that there is crew of them (is a combo crew and multiple IDs) -- poor examples these individuals, what do they say to their kids?? --- "Son, am an internet roll who has multiple IDs. Follow my example and you can lose money and then end up trolling on LSE. Ahh, is the life!"

wales, agree, there are some multiple IDs going on here. Truly sad $@#£?$£s, honestly.

fish4money, we now own 10% of a private company -- meaning we own 10% of whatever they got. Witin an instant, for £1million, we $2.2million worth of machinery (in proportinate terms) and all future profits of the mine.

It is believed by quite a few LTH folks, that MNH will ulimately be looking to be part of PREM and after the monumental upside that will ome with Zulu EPO.

That MH Deal is a seriously good investment.
