The EPO area is 57 x the size of the area of Zulu. And to think that the original Zulu project was considered world class, being compared to - and described regularly as on a par with - Pilbara Minerals in Australia, where Pilbara Minerals at one time had a market cap of $1billion +

Now, let's say it again - EPO 57 x larger in area than Zulu and that $1billion Pilbara Minerals project! A license area so big, that it shows up in a map of the entire country of Zimbabwe!

There are different risk levels at different levels. I added lots at between 0.025 and 0.9. But I wasn't going to throw any more than I wanted to risk, as at those levels, there were unknowns and uncertainties, very much reflected in the SP. Now we are at 0.1625p, with GR having said everyone he has with those two interviews, and it's possible with improvement in our understanding of where things are at and how close. We could imagine that people are waiting to add more tomorrow and even more when EPO lands, with SP in excess of 0.20p at the time, and all because we will have more information and news, and improved certainty as a result.

Was aksing myself too why he was increasing their visibility in this way, right now. Don't think it will say arbitration. But FRR has received a hammering in terms PR in Georgia. This doesn't help it's cause or, particularly, that of the US. So I think this is designed to put FRRs case across in order to improve the company's - and perhaps the USs image/profile. On the latter of these two interests, getting a bad rep amongst the general population is not advisable as it becomes harder to lever influence politically.

If EPO lands, we will get to 0.30p and then rise more form there.

GRs mention of that Zim official/woman discussing EPO with him is a way of telling us this is coming home, without his contravening AIM Regs in my view. I even wonder if it was agreed with Zim authorities/ministers he would take this route, as othewise there was potential for PREM to land themselves in it by spilling the beans before they were meant to (including Zim officials and Departmnets in the process.

I wonder if the RNS can only be written/ submitted to NOMAD (for initial first check) once the EPO Approval has appeared in the Gazette?!

If so, does the market get to find out in advance of the RNS (or at least those that get to see the Gazette?)?

If this is a potential issue for market regs on AIM/UK, wonder if PREM have a very short initial RNS ready for immediate ASAP release...then followed (within days) by a more detailed RNS, including plan for ZULU EPO going forward?

And we had a bit of a conversation. And I told I’d be much better if I knew if our EPO was signed off and that it was with us. And she kind of said to me that, as far as she was concerned, it was typed and had been sent to the Government printers, to have a gazette done. That’s what she said to me […] I was very encouraged that should have come as a spontaneous comment. And she made not under any confidentiality, I’m quite happy to repeat it.”

On the EPO, it seems this has been approved and is in the pipeline for announcement, first via Gazette and the RNS (GR couldn’t say he’d seen it as otherwise he’d have to RNS it, and there is a clear due process in effect here). Matter of days!!

On the Gold, this is an amazing bonus mineral to have in place and likely available in quantity!! He's pointing to this very clearly and would only have done so if EPO was in the bag, in my view (up till now, he's not been prepared to talk about it in detail).

On Zulu, the economics have always stacked up, even with Zulu without EPO. Now with EPO, 22, 000 hectares (200km2) in area – a license area so large it can be seen clearly on the map of entire country – we can only imagine the amount of lithium and gold out there!! (And we can see why MNH want to be a part of this!)

This has got the best Proactive interview GRs ever done. Some of the things he’s saying, he could only say if we were very close and he was extremely confident!!

Thinking about what comes following EPO announcment, I posted this early Dec 2019 (and am adding a few amendments), just after that Podcast:

GR says,

"…is there anything we can do Mr President to please get you to sign this thing off? We know you’re open for business. We’ve proved we got the money to go and start work there. We’re desperate to start work there. Please let us." [Got to be said, there was some waffle in his comments i.e. his version of procedural not aligned with realities- but at least, and at last, we approaching news]

So they've proved they got the money to start at Zulu EPO, meaning they have a plan, including funding, they;ve presented to Zim authorities.

So where have they got this money from?

Could be a major JV partner - talk of RioZim, the Russians, Chinese or even the South Koreans (the Koreans are majorly on the lookout too).

However, I suspect that sorting a funding deal with enough capital but not giving away too much of the project wouldn't be easy to arrange. Too much haggling and stress, too much for PREM to prove/ demostrate before investment, as well as loss of full control (GR really doesn't like losing control or having to be transparent, for that matter, which he would need to be with a heavy-weight partner)

Could there be a friendlier lender/ or partner perhaps?

Some discussion around JV possibly with MNH even.

But could this bring in enough capital and would it provide enough political weight to persuade the Zim authorities?

Not sure and unlikely in my view (though Neil Herbert and MNH are very much relevant int he picture).

Instead we know that Dattels continues to circle (and I don't mean in a predatory manner). Dattels' Regents Mercantile fund lent those funds where our loan payback period has been extended a couple of times without penalty. Is worth remembering that Regents Mercantile fund are the 2nd largest investor in Circum. Funding PREM to get Zulu/ EPO to DFS would be a cinch compared to Circum and with a relatively easy (and monumental) return waiting.

For PREM, Regents Mercantile Fund are friendlier funder and partner- one GR has a long positive connection/ relationship. I sfurther worth noting that PREM in return hold 5% of Circum, including buying out those two distressed funds of their Circum holdings, seemingly as a favour to Dattels. So we see a close entanglement.

This way, PREM keep a tight control over their prime assets, including around how they are developed, but simultaneously bring in established, proven experience and expertise in the form of parties who also happen to be solid allies. These close allies - Dattels and Neil Herbert - pulling in GR - worked on UraMin, where UraMin was in the end sold for $2.5billion!

If I was GR and I needed signifcant funds, with the GR/ PREM's history and reputation, I'd be going to Dattels/ Regents.
