There were also useful questions raised recently as to the extent of the demand for electricity in Mozambique, related to whether there would be a need for 1800MW
Have posted the following article already but useful to do so again. Is from only May 9th this year, too, so recent.
It gives a sense of the direction and intent of the authorities ans also, crucially, the extent of the issues, needs and demand in particular.
