GR's made mistakes but ****ging him off this loan was the ultimate ****take. Complete mis identification of the issue and an utter own goal on a magnitude not see in a while.

Not sure what folks expect. The company was always going to need more capital in the near term while negotiations remain unresolved. Better a loan than issue of equity/placement. 10% on the loan, and secured, so what!! It buys PREM time to sort out the necessary deals.

Confident we'll be getting it this week and that it'll be positive. Just a matter for the company of what details they include and getting approval from GE and CMEC and the NOMAD before its published. Even simple RNSs have got to through the proper process. One's involving complex negotiations and a number of partners require more consideration and work. ...very close now...

With the negotiations, I suspect that GE and CMEC have probably placed significant restrictions on what can be reported/said, how and when. GEs retweeting of that RTF tweet is an excellent sign/signal. Bring on Monday!! :-)

Excellent stuff Laxey!! :-) ...and imagine how much of it they can install when they scale up to 1800MW The demand's there domestically and in the wider South African Development Community region.

News could drop any time (especially given the timing of the Options RNS). We will be notified.They have said so. But realistically, RNS was never going to come in this week. Monday very likely, if not early next week. They'll have the weekend to work on it. News will clear the churn and we should pass 9p easily and on to double digits.

Thinking about the present 28% of the population that is covered in terms of electricity access, and then also the wider SADC Region, we can see there is plenty need for electricity and that expansion at Ncondezi will be more than likely (not to mention that the AFC - Africa Finance Corporation are involved as a the largest shareholder of NCCL, at 20% stake). All looking poised and very good. Good luck folks!
