My point, DOOIRE, is actually his point. I am drawing reference to what he said. He said in an interview following the last placement that he had no desire to issue any further equity to bring RHA into production. You are in your rights to not believe him, but it is what he said. So you can call him a bull****ter if you want. However, I ain't making this up.

Thta's the funny thing about UKOG, folks climbing trees and threatening to use drones to find out what's going on.

However, we are produing andmust be in the order of $1million per month or thereabouts, if we are paying off YA and covering operational costs. News is due on the testing but the next results should also help make a difference, more than 'bog standard' results usually do for most companies. Results are usually due process but there will be some valuable financial detail this time around, would've thought.

DOIRE, you missed the point/message of my post. GR was referring to any future funding needs. The most recent/last placing was always going to be used for whatever they needed to use it for, including supporting RHA. He was talking about going forward, after this. At this moment, naturally, there is no revenue so we need funding to move RHA back into operation. This is only weeks away, and there is growing confidence around subsequent profitable mining, given tungsten prices, with also the help of tailings to help push this through in the near term. It's the combination of all this that points to no further requirement for future equity to drive RHA forward (not to forget any JV being planned).

So the situation is looking considerably better.

Moneytolose, it's hard to say what will happen with Circum. I just know what I was told. Those numbers were being discussed/presented.

If the margins are there (i.e. a significant NPV is clear), then no reason to think there couldn't be someone interested. Granted it takes a significant capital input to begin with, but the Chinese have this. The margins at Danakil have got to be markedly better than with many other potash projects.

It looks as if RHA and Zulu news will be in short order.

Also, Circum continues in the background. Last I spoke with PREM, they were looking at raising $300million by way of equity and $500million through debt (think I got it the right way around). Circum were exploring various routes, but recent serious efforts were centred on China. Can see this fitting in with Chinese plans, including their 'Belt and Road, initiative. They're investing $$$hundreds of billions across Asia, Africa etc. It's interesting that Circum Minerals website is '...under maintenance.' Big moves being made, finally...

GR has recently said that from this point issuing equity to get RHA operational is the last thing he wants to do.

I go by that, as I believe what we have raised from the recent placement is enough to see us through, bearing in mind the plant is about to be brought back into operation, with tungsten prices doing well, and with the tailings also there to add further value and help push things through in the near term.

Talking about timing of news or drill seasons or even resutls is one thing; saying you paying down debt and covering costs through present revenues is another. You cannot bull**** that. It's there, in the recorded interview with LSE. If he's lying about this, this sanction-able stuff. And we'd find out at next results, pretty much.

Was good to hear him also talk about being a shareholder.

In the meantime, as the wait continues (though may not for too long), I can understand the drifting SP. Not at all pleasant but have seriously growing confidence here.

From 14minutes on, it gets really interesting.

Key points, for me, is that the testing is producing sufficient revenue that it is allowing the company to cover its operational costs and to pay down YA at £265, 000 per month. This is significant.

I know folks have wanted to some sort of confirmation, well its there. Form the Horse's mouth.

Clearly, given what we are bringing by way of revenue and the deals we have to drill NIKO 2, the size of what we have out there, and no more dilution expected, this market cap is seriously wayward.

They have money in bank and now these contracts.. massive upside all the way up to 3p and then 4p But 2p for starters

Time now, folks wanted a shot, to get in.

Massive upside here 2p is £4million market cap when contract revenue is expected to be £3.5million

2p equates to £4million market cap, remembering revenue of £3.5million... Market cap of possibly £8 million to £10million closer to reflecting the value of the contract. That's 4p or 5p. But 2p will do for now :-)
