The drop.in SP is difficult to take but no news date or the lack of it warrants this decrease. On the matter of news related to testing, there is technically no delay. There may well be someone offloading. If news turns out to be bad, there'll be questions to answer. But I remain optimistic and confident, and if the view that it's the time waiting that's the root of the SP decline

Though to the wire, can't see there being a problem. AFC are our largest shareholder at 20%. NCCL will have been in regular contact with them, on the issue of the loan and about JDA. Mostof our RNSs have gone to the wire, with the shareholder loan a lot 'easier' to resolve than certain other matters (they're not going to day 'no' to possible + 300% or more upside through the proper conversion). His own agenda is a) to make this work, and b) to prove a point, all in my view. Not that it helps is any to know, but he works flat out for PREM. He is committed to turning this around. That coupled with his owning a fair number of shares keeps me invested.

What we do know from that fateful December 2017 RNS is that the plant was achieving above target on the throughput. So we we know we were able to process a good amount and that the plant was working very well (I know the Plant''s had massive teething problems and has cost capital to put right, leading to dilution). So we are part way there already. What GR has said since is that with tungsten prices on the up, they are in a position to bring RHA back into operation, with tailings available to ease the path towards profitable mining. There's also work to be done through further studies. This will happen and is crucial for bringing JV partners. There are a few folks out there who believe that perhaps RHA was on the cusp of profitability when they decided to shut the mine and approach the authorities regarding the issue of the monies owed to us and the possibility of restructuring ownership. I'm one of those. Folks can decide for themselves if they want to believe. They are perfectly in.the right not to after what's happened. But a lot of that us now in the past.

They've already said in the original RNS regarding the YA repayment plan that they'd be paying them rather than issuing shares. It's quite possible that the Nomad has advised further that no RNSs are required to announce payment in cash. Certainly, as I'm experiencing elsewhere, where shares are issued, an RNS is published confirming that. Instead, Zaza gone on record recently (25th July) stating those payments are being made. I'm sure the NOMAD would not allow if it weren't the case. You can't bullshit about that kind of thing.

If it's not standard practice to notify loan repayments in cash, then we shouldn't expect an RNS. In the absence of that confirmation (which some folk seem to want), what Zaza has said, and folks should be listening to that YouTube interview, is that testing is generating enough revenue to pay down the monthly £265, 000 (to YA), not to mention covering operational costs. Suspect that Zaza is wincing looking at the SP too. But I guess all will be revealed when the well test results are out.

At this stage, no one knows. On AIM a long wait will do this to a stock. So the drop to these levels, in my mind, is nothing other than AIM mechanics/ dynamics. I'd also add that the company (Zaza) have said they're generating enough revenue from the testing to pay YA and to cover operational costs. That is a significant signal/ clue regarding the viability of those operations. Volume still remains very low too.

That KIBO deal with GE really is good for us. GE locks out competitors on all of those projects, and particularly at Benga for us, being in Mozambique. This means that they also get to make sure that Benga draws on our coal at Tete (their using our coal at Benga was also noted in a previous article somewhere). GE moving purposefully to make GE Power Division turnaround a concrete prospect and reality, with Ncondezi a key prong of the strategy. News imminent all over the shop now. Good luck all!

Firstly, better we owe GR than someone else. Secondly, it's about whether you believe we have ability to revenue and profit in the resulting weeks and months following RHA being brought back into operation. I'm confident. But then that's me. You're entitled completely to have your own view.

RainbowRider, the results will confirm the finances of the company remove any doubt about the viability of operations. It is something significant when testing is helping us to generate that kind of revenue.

However, at this moment, according to that interview, we have revenue sufficient to cover operational costs and to pay off £265, 000 per month to YA. We are also doing something right if we've encouraged an external party to come in an pay $3million to drill NIKO 2.

The situation at the moment is very different to what was happening say last year.
