That EDM pow wow in early August happened and went. Outcome was never formally reported. It was meant to have to worked over the tariff etc. We have since learned the tariff is good.

I'm looking forward to the AGM and resolution regarding the debt (shareholder loan) conversion to equity. This will be passed. Once it is passed, an I'm confident it will be (just a matter of due process), we can move on to subsequent processes and company defining events.

Was always a matter of 'when' and not 'if'. Now, thankfully, not far off.

News releases are clearly coming from a position of increasing strength. A level strength and confidence that shorters are continuing to under calculate.

This deal has forced me to research into BH. I have. I like what I see. I also see there being more news due soon, as the story remains incomplete (going by what FRR have said to date)...

Bedex, if it's only BH , then I'd be very happy. There is a plan seemingly in place and the ability to drive it forward. However, genuinely believe there's significant news to come. There is at the minimum, one Super/Industry Major unaccounted for.

There clearly is a lot of detail missing for us to get a clearer picture but I'd be shocked if Exxon arrived at Georgia but somehow missed FRR along the way.

The BHGE deal signals something else very significant to come, FWIW :-)

That passage points in particular to the monetisation of GAS.

And we know from very recent news (October 26th) that Exxon are in Georgia, and have said specifically,

"We look forward to working closely with the state agency involved in the gas sector."

This is happening.

If the other company under the NDA has decided against, we would know. That company's identity remains hidden behind one of the NDAs. And I remain more convinced than ever that its Exxon i.e. the two Super Majors being, BH and Exxon (great if there was a third in the mix, of course)...

There's been some discussion that Outrider may have inappropriately been accumulating (i.e Hope) and gotten caught and been told to get rid of them.

Whatever it is, however much it is, they will run out eventually :-)

Not sure telling us there is one more Super Major involved is something he can return to the market to update us about. Yesterday's news was excellent. If that is all there is, is enough for me and will be adding. But I do believe there is another at the least and that we will near. But certainly, I don't see it as necessary that he should confirm this. The news will emerge when it does.
