This news is a heads up. If that RNS had been the actual ownership restructure sorted RNS, we would've opened up at 0.20p and then would have been difficult to buy in quantity. It's a heads up before the actual even, for those who want to make use of the new insight into where and how far we on RHA

On RHA Ownership, what's mattered the most to lift my confidence here has been the the change in political will, to move to resolve this. The additional 48 hours is helps is a within touching distance time frame, while the news itself gives us clear insight into where we are in the process.

The JV plans should be advanced and slotted in easily enough when RHA Ownership is finally confirmed.

Yup, you can hear the distant rumblings of thunder...that sound of two Super Majors hurtling towards Black 12 ;-))

There's been a lot of talk about who the other Industry [Super] Major might be. I know a lot of folk, me included, believe it's got to be Exxon. Seen suggest that it could be Schlumberger. If it was, it would be an interesting thing, There would be clear overlap with BH, so their respective JV/farm-in agreements and work programmes would need to be delineated. Could it be that one could be focused towards the gas and the other the oil? This knowing that Oct 29th RNS stated that working with BH would help monetise gas - so that leaving the Oil?

This way, without an actual Super Major announced at this stage, and if one did not come on immediately, it would be one way neat-ish of dividing up the work effort and drawing on the resources of two respective interested parties/soon to be partners?? Block 12 being so large.

However, cannot see a Super Major not being involved at some stage and soon, as the BH MOU will have already drawn attention to Supa Majors that there is something significant down there. In my opinion, though, this is already sewn up. There is a planned timetable for that announcement (at least, as of recent.)...

Regarding the recent article on Exxon in West Georgia, the useful portion in full;

That passage indicates - clearly, to me - that while the news was focused on Exxon in West Georgia, Exxon are evaluatng the potential of Georgia as a whole, inclusive of what FFR have.

The release of this news was always going to get folks joining the dots. I suspect, therefore, that news of Exxon coming into the picture as the Super Major is not far off at all.

DHC, agree completely regarding shorters. They've been given sufficient warning. I suspect a few will eventually leave the arena with soiled, skid-marked shorts. If that happens, they'd got off lucky.

There is a Super Major in waiting, and I believe it'll be Exxon too. But BH have the ability, capacity and resources to make significant inroads into filed development. If we just simply went with BH, they would fund and recover their monies and some from production, as was stated in the RNS of the 29th of Oct. Can't see it being a second service provider given the level of coverage given to BH in the MOU. There'd be no worthwhile space left for another one like BH.

AIM is massively PI/retail driven. This news is shoring up confidence and enabling folks to buy and hold, and as news progresses, more will come as the upside becomes more apparent/real based upon concrete news of agreements. By then of course, folks getting in new will be paying way more. If we get to the right market cap, we can move from AIM to the FTSE. Believe this can happen very quickly. In turn, we will start becoming attractive to larger investment players (especially when showing we are working BHGE and potentially the likes of Exxon)...

They turnaround was always going to take a while but shareholder no happy. The CEO who was sacked recently, Flabbery, was never given enough time, as if the new one coming in can do much better in the expected, All went a bit pear shaped with the CEO before Flannery. Went out buying things (T/Os) and share buy backs they shoudn't have done (probably to please shareholders rather than thinking about the medium to long term health of GE).

The current Ncondezi project is not in doubt. GE have bought additional tech, infrastructure and market share for coal to power, betting on its future (certainly for the Developing World over the coming decades). They have no choice but to use it. But the market is there, its massive and its begging to be tapped. AFC involved, adjustments to prepare EDM over last couple of years, wider Sourthern African region wanting Moz power, not just domestic, and GE working with CMEC on a project with significant economics and political will behind it.

Glad we're days away from the first step towards the Binding JDA.
