Mines and Mining Development Minister Cde Winston Chitando, who recently toured the mine, said results of the recent resource evaluation exercise is encouraging and pledged government’s commitment to support the firm to raise funds towards resumption of mining.

“They have pumped in money to do resource evaluation and have come up with a fairly sizeable indicated and inferred resource. They are now in the process of raising funds to commence production,” Minister Chitando said.

Mines and Mining Minster can only pledge '...government’s commitment to support the firm to raise funds', if they sign-off on Ownership, thus allowing investors to invest in PREM and the project, cos the government ain't got the money to do that.
