I think you did well with your met1 investment if you got out with 300% plus.

Personally, I think the next 12/24 months will be the most rewarding in percentile terms with regard to Empire.

It's the compounding of capital growth that truly leads to wealth creation.

A 10p rise on Empire now is only just 20% return but actually 100% on my average.

Keep an eye on it but don't gave retreats if it's at £2/£3 in 2 years

If you are not a risk taker, build a portfolio if blue chup stocks, go for 6/7% capital growth a year and reinvestment of dividends.

I'm in at an average of 10.91p and I'll tell you now, this company is life changing in wealth generation.

It has a fantastically experienced BOD, the largest titanium field on the planet, exceptional quality and concentration of TiO2.

With an estimated 10 to 15% of a global £30 billion titanium market by 2030, that's 3 to 4 billion in revenue.

As you know mining companies are valued at 2x to 4x for capitalisation.

So thats a capitalisation of anywhere from 6 billion to 18 billion.

At £1.56p per billion capitalisation, I'll let you do the maths.

The dividend of 6p oaid in June cost Rolls-Royce £500 million.

The share buyback will be £1 billion ehen completed.

They could have had no buyback and another 12p on the dividend.

It's been a great 3 years and will continue to be.

I look at my Rolls-Royce investment as a low risk FTSE 100 tracker, except it will outperform aforementioned tracker and also i believe, ever growing dividends.

I'm averaging around 11p now in Empire and fully expect a greater percentile return than that of Rolls-Royce.
