Seems to have hit the magic £1, well done all in at around 50p. Be interesting to see how this plays out this week. Market cap still seems low for the level of turnover, insiders seem confident, hopefully the 52W high is not an un-reasonable target for this year.

Good volume on this, made a good return when the CEO purchased week before last and had a feeling an RNS would come later today or tomorrow so back in around 52.5p today. Was sceptical about the bounce ability of this, but so far seems decent.

The buy is almost exactly 3%, smoke and mirrors in the hope of the RNS propping up the share price. Any action at these levels is pure speculation, until the company produce some concrete figures documenting success, then we are all clutching at straws.

Look at the bonus alone (over £2m) of the CEO in the last accounts, his buy this week is pocket change.

Overtrader, I was referring to FY18 when revenue was £417.5m and margin was 15.5%, they pulled their bond offering. Turnover has now increased 3x and margin down 5%. If you struggled to finance in FY18 (which was just to restructure debt), FY26 re-structures may prove challenging. As the FY19 bond offering did work, future bonds I imagine will become more attractive if the share price sits back +300, I was also stating that big volumes and previous highs should not encourage every retail investor.

I think Morgan Stanley made a good call buying a lump at a low price (hedge funds have high risk stock all the time) a good price to take a punt, but by no means a safe bet or a fast return and not something I would want a large part of my portfolio to represent. The stock now seems attractive to day-traders due to the size of the swings whereas previously this was a share favoured by long term investors.

It looks like a repeat of yesterday. The volume in this share should not be fooled with that of one such as a "blue chip" stock. You cannot really define the top and bottom just on volume and chart patterns. There is a reason this stock has dropped so much in such a short period. The company has a huge debt and many question the ability to refinance this, don't forget it was only about 7 years ago when the share price was over 10x what it is now, and the group had about 1/3 of the debt they currently do. At this point they could not raise the required capital they needed, it was only a year later when the bonds took off. Any cautious investor should be wary of this, equally any ambitious investor can see the potential from previous positions.

For any of you in the trenches when Quindell were doing well, you will probably also remember when "Gotham City" released a research paper and the share price tumbled, the company then closed with various investigations.

This time round we are seeing something very similar after "Iceberg Research" released a paper, and then there has been further questions/investigations into Victoria which have caused a drastic share price fall.

They today have made their first sale from the group, a tile company Graniser, for a total of €36.8m, it has only been in the group 3 years and was originally purchased for €48.2m . The sums mentioned are total amounts, involving a split between cash and debt assumption.

I agree on the capital raise points, however BooHoo over Temu I sort of disagree with. To get it now may not be the worst timing, Christmas sales for clothing brands have always been good, whereas TEMU and Ali Express sort of fall down now due to delivery times. If you can do well in this period and maintain in 2025 (a more positive outlook depending on which way you butter your bread) could be well timed.

Considering the current share price, to not even get a mention is very strange. Surely if "everything is fine" there is concrete evidence to support this and re-assure the investors? The real numbers always seem to speak for themselves... The company has reduced its market cap by over £200m in a number of months and investors that had shares a year ago have lost 83% of their investment.

Considering all of the negatives in the last accounts, the CEO can also justify a £2m bonus for the last financial year? Any logical investor is sure to be worried and the only re-assurance issued in trading updates is "the board believes it will be OK next year" . The shorters and sellers of this share can only make their assumptions based on information available to them and on the flip side, for any "would be" investors or buyers of the share, other than "hope and prayers" there isn't much concrete information to support signs of an improvement or positive investment. Victoria was very keen on purchasing its own shares earlier this year, I wonder why they have not purchased more now considering the cheap price and the fact that they have a spare £200m in "undrawn liquidity". Hopefully for Victoria the synergies they have mentioned in previous updates take effect and the savings are realised quickly, a good trading update is needed to encourage some investors to take a punt.

Earlier in the year, Victoria purchased 1,746,000 of their own shares, average share price of £2.43, with the current price of £0.97 per share, that alone amounts to a loss of circa £2.5m. Not a huge loss in the scheme of things, and still could be a long term play if the share price can come back to where it was in previous years, as ever, time will tell and DYOR.
