Have I seen right that TK now has the green light?

So with all the hype whats the long term forecast here? Seems really hard to predict, I originally took a position around 7p, with a target of 10p. But two solid RNS's later I can't help but predict that 20p might be a more realistic "fair" value for the share. Based on reports, gold price and other fundamentals.

Has anyone seen the bond prices on the 2028 bond? Almost as grim as the SP.

Anything good for SBTX is good for OPTI, due to the sheer value of shares in SBTX that OPTI holds.

Results are the story to a lot of PI's, not every share holder can become fully invested into each purchase with a full due diligence report. You note my comment on "and an accompanied RNS" in my last post. Croda would seem to be going nicely and hopefully an RNS statement on whats not shown in the results will further strengthen the position.

Probably around this level, I imagine some sells will come on on these highs, and then some re-buys looking for a good entry point now its gaining momentum. All just a guessing game until results are published, but the fundamentals look and sound good, so would hope the results and an accompanied RNS would push this even higher.

Opti owns a large portion of shares in skins and pbx, most have no clue on this and the SP is crazy for what opti has as NAV alone in shares

Headlams results are grim reading, I can’t imagine VCP bucking the trend as the market is fairly flat. And historically Headlam have been a good barometer for this sector.

The end of VCP financial year is 31/03. Expect results June if last year is anything to go by. If its later than this, I would be worried (if holding). By their own admission of the market and current half year results posted previously, I can't imagine the results will send a flurry of buy orders. It will be interesting to see if Morgan Stanley (or the private investment they represent) load up again, or start to dump. Interestingly, the last asset disposal Victoria made, they seem to have purchased the legal fees in shares (based on DD from the records on companies house). At a value of 5p, well below market value, why would you do this? Unless you have no cash to pay your legal fees?

From today's RNS: "The individuals' awards will vest and become exercisable on the first anniversary of the date of grant of the options, 5 March 2026, subject to continued employment ("EIP Options Vesting Date"). The awards will be exercisable on the condition that the volume-weighted average closing middle market quotation of a share for the thirty-day period ending on the Dealing Day immediately before the EIP Options Vesting Date is at least 14 pence."

It would appear that anything sub 14p is then a solid buy (based on the company future projections), if you trust them I guess that would be a fairly good buy indicator.

@StellaBob, £1.47 after consolidation or before? That seems an insane target.

What’s so crucial to this afternoon? All the data is out there if this was going to fly it would be in the clouds already. I think you can agree there is good potential here, but not rockets flying about.

I called this a dead cat bounce back in January around £1.20 and stated I could see a yo-yo between £1 and £1.50 for a while. Key numbers have always been good (and bad) for this share, I would assume debt negotiations have started (or will be starting soon) and those claiming £2-3 by April have long since sold and moved on. Risky to be to exposed at these prices (IMO). DYOR and good luck.

Can't be much left for them to acquire? Unless some other PLC/Group is looking to offload anything? I personally think that companies in this sector have a fairly flat few years, where as companies in other sectors such as mining/pharma have a much bigger chance of serious increases (which is what we all seek as investors).

Closing above 0.50. The volumes and movement indicate better days are coming, could just be a spoof but the volumes are certainly there along with the increasing gold and copper prices, asset sale and funding announcement... Could this be the perfect storm to put KEFI up there with a re-rate? Who knows, but I'm not selling.

Closing at 3p would re test another 60% increase? There is almost no liquidity here now, if you fancy Trellus take a punt here, but it will only move again on published good news. However, if the trial ends and does not get repeated, there will be a few bag holders. This moved fast on a fairly speculative RNS, so another could do the same.

Have just joined with a few small positions, seems one to watch and a good potential upside from the reports posted. Rare earths tend to do well on economic recovery booms. With a potential end to some big conflicts and worldwide falling interest rates, there are worse gambles to take.

15.00p paid
