The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
By my calculations since 27 July 2021 when the additional 363,700,000 shares were admitted into trading, the total volume on AIM has been 217,359,082 (not counting today). So only ~59.76% "churned through".
Whereas on the TSX, the total volume from 27/7-7/10 was just 19,581,064 (~5.28%).
Does I3E spend anything on marketing?
@Cbaron 20:25
Hahaha oh yeah those forums were a whole lifetime ago and quite a few don't even exist anymore. To cut a long story short I don't have a computer and don't have the time or energy for that kind of stuff anymore.
Does anyone remember the RNS from 03 May 2016? 88E did a 22.5% dilution, so a dilution above 15% of the shares in issue is nothing new. Would provide serious dough to the war chest. Exciting times ahead.
"Well, Cenkman and lots of others, I'd say this is pretty bl00dy relevant, wouldn't you?"
Nah man, don't do that, why would you mention my name in a thread that I have not contributed to.
When I spoke about relevance I meant that I think threads should follow themes. So if we were discussing the Surinamese football league a discussion of foreign direct investment in Burundi would be out of place in that thread.
Hey everyone, what's your end of year price prediction?
So what do you think think price will be at close of play on Thursday 30 December?
I think we are extremely under valued and hopeful we start to rerate in the up coming months, think might be at 1.95p.
(Part 3... .../ends
Nope, you are wrong pretty much everything you wrote is entirely irrelevant. Just things related to capital structure would be would be relevant here. I see you have already created another thread r.e. David Walls holdings, I hope you are not spaming your ideas on this board.
I'm in sunny southern Europe right now, I don't have the time for your nonsense.
"Hi " - I can only agree with you that much.
"Cenkman..... Oh, and welcome to the bulletin board."
I have been on and off this 88e board since 2016. I don't need your 'welcome' which feels a bit disingenuous to me.
When you remove the fluff you could have made the points that you think you were making or questions you were posing in a much more condensed manner.
Is there a particular reason you are repeatly saying my name in your postings? I counted 4 times in the 1st of your 3 post response to me. It really comes off as weird and suppose it fluffs up the word count on your posts.
"I refer to “the cult of 88E” which took off in March/April this year." - did it? I always thought there was a bit of a cult like following way back in 2016.
"Within the continuing social media hype, if you follow the various social media platforms... ...natch." Nah actually I don't use social media that much.
It appears as though you've found some obscure statements on social media and are repeatly posting them here. How very odd.
I am not my fellow 88E holders keeper.
Here is a suggestion, perhaps you should have addressed the actual poster making the claim or assertions bringing up any concerns that you may have had said claim with them. You need not repeatedly regurgitate these claims you don't agree with here for all and sundry. I have no interest in conversations that you may have had with people who are not me in the past.
Thank you for your view on how you think 'prolific' posters here responded to random social media postings. Then in the next paragraph you conceded that some these posters had in fact responded in a way that you deemed was acceptable.
May I also suggest that you are envious that 88E has always had a large following and Panr appears to be left out of the limelight. Panr have just under 1k followers on Stocktwits and Twitter and 1.1k on Reddit. Whereas 88E have nearly 23k on Stocktwits, 11.5k on Twitter and 9.8k on reddit.
The “Dave ... ... or any less verifiable."
What on earth are you talking about? What a nonsense few paragraphs. Really you got obfuscation from what I wrote? I never made any claim about David Wall buying anything and I am not interested in conversations you had with other people.
I said you "come off" as smarky (also I would suggest a bit condescending) - was just an observation based on how your posts read like to me. Some people like to be victims though. Why are you telling me about your conversations with other posters?
Some people like to read into things that just weren't said. Or they interprete things in in a way that the original poster may not have meant. We all have views and opinions and I'm sure you'll accept those that don't align with your own.
Hi Scot126
If I may.
I have never heard of an imminent takeover at a dollar per share by Conoco? That sounds insane. Where did you hear this? Was this mentioned in any reputable media outlets? Did any representatives from 88e allude to as such?
"By the way, did anyone ever bother to fact check me and to fact check those disseminating the "Dave Wall bought another 120m shares in the market as soon as he left 88E" narrative?"
Whoa hold your horses, who said this? Did David Wall say he did? How was this a 'narrative' exactly? The only way I could imagine you would be able to ascertain whether a private individual brought a substantial number of shares would be to check the capital structure of the company and that would entail the individual holding their shares (or a sizable portion thereof) across two reporting periods. Or if the individual or institution owned over a certain percentage of the total shares in issue then an rns r.e. their holdings - and every time they brought additional shares or if they sold a portion of their shares must be released.
I'm not sure what you mean by fact check you? What did you want me to check?
In response to your post to Blackadder. You come off as a bit smarky tbh (the urbandictionary definition). No one ever owes you a response or is obliged to respond to you. What relevance is your question r.e. to this thread? Did you read 88Es official rns'?
AIM volume - 533,919,661 (~3.7% shares in issue traded)
ASX - 1,051,675,584 - 88e was in a trading halt on September 1 due to the placement. Aprox ~7.3% of shares in issue traded.
I'm quite shocked about the ASX vs AIM volume - I always thought we had a much higher volume compared to the Aussies.
Total volume of the 3 exchanges - 2,991,236,010, aprox 20.77% of shares in issue traded in September.
This could be useful for some.

Yeah I saw that it was updated. I had a look because someone was posting a bunch of stuff in another thread saying that they hadn't updated it and I had a look and it was updated so wasn't sure what they were on about.
Hi Blackadder you can view the archived version below:

Redirons - thanks for the explanation. To be fair if someone felt that their mental health (or even blood pressure) was being affected by another persons postings then I can see why they would block that person. Stepping away from the keyboard for a little while and getting some fresh air outdoors could help too. Try not to take things too personally.
Yeah I also have skin in the game (and for me it's alot of skin) and have been here since 2016.
@18:16 - Hey, I would like to retract some of my speculations in my previous post. I will say that that website does have a ranked list of pumpers - I think they scour the Internet and extract information based on nlp. Not sure how exactly they determine whether a post is a ramp or deramp. It could be your post count elevating you to first position.
I had a quick skim of some of your posts know more about your history and even saw a few rampy type posts but don't wish to continue this further. Nice to read you recovered from the TPT days.
I do highly appreciate your postings - useful links, info and stuff.
I must admit that I have not followed this board much as of late.
My 2 cents:
According to http:// ******************/rampchecker/rampcheckbytidm.php?search=88E
The Original poster in this thread is the number one pumper of this stock of all time. I would most definitely suggest that he has a free carry (quite possibly very a large free carry 1M+ or even 10M+ shares) and has (a) trading parcel(s).
Remember:
Groups will attack in packs if not towing the line, try to get others to "block" or "filter" etc. Block no one, read everything.
However even the 'bears' in this thread appear in the top 100 rampers. So are they to be trusted too? Gone from ramping one day to deramping the next.
My advise is be extremely cynical of anyone who mentions block or filter. I haven't used internet forums much in the past 5 years. But in my entire life from my mid teens to mid 20s I have posted 10k+ times in current affairs, political, religious, anthropological forums (and many of these posts were at least 1000+ word posts). I've had really bitter arguments with people have never blocked or filtered anyone or even had the thought to do so.
