Yep agree potnak. Molecule 1801, is fine but the excepients used to formulate the medication be it capsule or liquid is wrong and that would be consistent in both groups.

The silence on chk1 carries on ffs. Sareum meed to give a update soon on what went wrong in more detail or think this will go below 10p, I fear.

Agree potnak. I felt Damion s posts were fair and reflective of what he thought the issues could be. Had nicely on yesterday and well that one is clear to its agenda. Constructive criticism is fair. Just glad it's still ok as I was worried this morning.

Hi Rebecca. Damion reply makes sense and am worried that the control group was worse than our drug group. My worry that bulking agents used have caused a issue and as Damion says that could mean big problems for us. At the moment we are all in the dark a and need sareum to inform us of what happened and why and plan going forward. Sadoldgit has a good explanation as well but I want to see Damion side as well as it makes sense , till we have a clearer picture. He is not being rude so am happy to hear his thoughts

thanks. what's i thought. what a mess. this might not be a contamination issue at laboratory but a **** up sareum board. these people need to be told to concentrate on one molecule and get it right ,rather than juggling with three others.

I agree with Damion , as he explains it step by step and it makes sense. The vehicle delivery plus control and the vehicle to delivery plus placebo. Common factor is the vehicle delivery system. A bit like the paracetamol in a capsules form with excepients added to to make it and a similar capsule made with same excepients to form sugar capsule. Am I right Damion?

hi potnak. on today's rns , how many assumption can make that out drug should be statistically safe? clear the control group affected also surely if **** up of laboratory then it's on them to fix it and no further costs from us?

I am getting a bit concerned of why are we not focused on one molecule like 1801 and getting that over the line. Still nothing about chk1 molecule and we start a new CNS investigation work.
