Tied in to the spod price12 Nov 2025 09:22
I've just done a comparison on co-pilot to see the share price decline on an indexed basis of Atlantic, albermarle, and pilbara against the spodumene price. The correlation is surprising with pilbara now at an indexed figure of 45 (base 2022) Vs 38 for Atlantic, i.e. they are all close together and there is only a slight premium for producers.
I've been a lth and trying to work out whether to sell out after years of nothing. The figures suggest to me that the mining licence might move the share price only slightly.
The forecast increase in spod is what will move the share price although I was surprised by the price that came back.
