up 8.5c in Oz last night, thats 10% nearly, but still no news of BFS... copper price flying high now as is silver... lets see what tonight brings down under but current Oz prices convert to nearly 53p, thats up 5p based on fridays close!

i sold 15,000 of these on monday for 53p and bought 20,000 back for 47p yesterday... and today the copper price has risen nearly 3%. news from another copper miner rambler metal (RMM) today regarding their BFS, but although positive it didnt go down well with the market due to short life of mine and poor return and they are very much relying on a fsuccessful drilling campaign to prove up further reserves to extend the life of mine... lets hope DME get a better reception

im tempted to buy another 5000 to double up... ok, the feasability study was positive, but life of mine only 6 years, so initial costs appear high, but this does not take into consideration the expected expansion into surrounding areas which will hopefully extend the life of mine significantly... this is OFC a big area of uncertainty IMO, but they must have a fairly good idea of what is there or else why even bother? will buy more if this drops to 25p

it seems the RMM (TSX:RAB) SP shadows the TSX SP, so i expect some UK holders were expecting a surge today on this BFS news, but since the main market where these are traded is in toronto, which is still in bed, and they have not read the news yet, then i expect any surge will come after 2pm... meanwhile in the UK some holders have sold, no doubt annoyed at the market reaction today. i will wait a little longer and see what happens...

i think todays news has not been released on the TSX yet, so maybe we'll get a better reaction when the canada market opens later today...

WTF is going on here? BFS out today, looks good to me, SP falls and is now almost at year low... am i losing my marbles or have i missed something?

good news, the mine is poing ahead without any nasty surprises, and will be producing mid 2011... no market reaction a i write this, are they all asleep? looking for negatives then i guess the 6 year life of mine based on known resource is quite short, but RMM now own the land "next door" and will be exploring and expanding onto that in due course. the good news is mineralisation is open in all directions so plenty scope to increase reserves, and RMM will be self funding after only 18 months of production... i added a few of these to my SIPP today, recent placing at 32p makes this look cheap at 29p... all IMHO...

the future looks good IMHO, pgl are at the bottom of its trading range, is developing nicely with no debt and low costs and increasing resource. As gold price increases this will be great... Imho

this has fallen for weeks from 72p+ and was 36p earlier today. The only bad news today was the increased costs of production, but still not too bad, and they did give excuses...

nice RNS, good grades, good revenue coming in unhedged, increasing production now 1800+ oz per month and another new record... some excellent grades in the new essays... this should be a trend changing RNS IMHO... ...and i dont want to talk about OXS, lets just forget that ever happened!

what a great week here at DME, this just gets better and better... but is it time to top slice again and diversify into others at the bottom of their range (like CHL or PGL) or should i continue to hold? the big question is what form the expected financial arrangements will take and at what price will the equity raising be? the market appears to be comfortable with the current SP rise, but we are near to testing new highs... decisions decisions!!

at 36p and with essay results possibly to be realeased soon PGL look like good value, but their website is probably the most annoying site i've ever visited... if only they removed that terrible music and put some useful info in its place!

i added 15,000 of these yesterday at 43.5p, just in time it seems... shame about that ELR punt, it started so well too!

closed my positions at 64p... a 3p loss in a week! never mind, i think this will come good eventually, so i will watch and wait for now...

all the bad stuff has already been covered in previous statments by the company, but will the markets like the good news anough to see this rise when toronto opens in 50 minutes? tenfold increase in profits is great news... and more to come IMHO!

wednesday afternoon at about 1340 for interims... should show reduced production but massively increased revenues, and may include finance update for expansion plan. 4 brokers have wide ranging estimates for results and are totally mixed re buy/sell/hold, but canaccord gave a target SP a year ago of 78p, and that was passed ages ago anly for this to retrace by 50%. up 3c in toronto tonight, so i expect we'll recover 1.5p here tomorrow. platinum prices have softened in recent days, but over the past year have doubled, and the future outlook is very strong as the world economy recovers and demand outstrips supply. interesting days and months ahead...

can anyone explain why the floodgates opened at 1430 today? volume just went crazy as the toronto exchange opened, is it possible that brokers divert trades from toronto to london to exploit the cheaper SP here? results due on wednesday here, so maybe that'll be tuesday night (toronto) when we get word...
